We ordered an art-1 coffee table from the Millwood company. Manager Violetta helped determine the color: they chose between golden kraft oak and tobacco, and settled on gold.
We delivered the table home for free, the courier Alexander even lifted it into the apartment, for which special thanks)
The table is stylish, comfortable, and can even be used to work at a computer. After the first order for subsequent purchases, they said that a discount of -5% would be valid, it's nice)

Just the worst. They sent a table with a marriage and did not respond for a week. A week later, their "quality controller" Igor replied that they had to give up talking to me.
The table is of lousy quality, and with marriage it is impossible to assemble at all. The worst furniture company I've worked with, Save your money and buy from anyone else

I purchased a countertop for a Millwood 120x70 table in one of the online stores, after three months of operation, the countertop began to swell along the edge (in two places), everything is fine along the rest of the edge.
And the manufacturer insists that the countertop was constantly exposed to moisture, one question is how??? Being in a room, not in a bathtub or sauna.
As a result, 200 rubles for landfill
I do not recommend it

During this time, a little bit, the paint has worn off in some places and creaks a little, but these are trifles compared to the benefits and convenience. We are happy with the purchase! I ordered a chest of drawers and a loft-style wardrobe for my son's nursery at Millwood. Delivered directly to the house. The chest of drawers was assembled, the column was assembled by himself. I have been familiar with this company for a long time. I've had a stool grow out of them for over 7 years. I really like their furniture. I recommend it to all my friends.

I purchased a Millwood London dining table D110-150x110x76 , after 20 days of careful operation, the edge in the middle of the sliding table swelled. The manufacturer claims that the table was filled or treated with chemicals. The manufacturer opposes itself as a reliable and high-quality performer, but in fact it is nonsense.

I bought 4 racks with white metal fittings, as dark as possible (some kind of oak) Chipboard and the same 3 tables (Loft Delhi dining tables). Everything was quickly processed online (even payment via erip). Exactly 28 days have passed, the furniture has been delivered. During the assembly process, it turned out that the ears of the tables were very poorly welded (I could just separate the two parts with my hand at the place of the weld). I took a photo and called. They redirected me to another manager (a common practice). But since I did not want to communicate in Viber, but insisted on telegram, I was switched back to another manager - Maria Gavrusik (a very friendly girl). I asked to replace absolutely all the ears, because of the 24 ears, 3 pieces were completely gone, I did not even test the rest. They came to meet me halfway. This whole thing happened in the morning. I wrote in the telegram again what I told you on the phone, threw off all the photos. Literally half a day later, Maria wrote to me again, telling me that all my details were already being prepared. I asked them to go and take pictures of my stitches, so as not to bring bad parts again. After that, I arranged for the next day for delivery. By noon, I already had new ears on my hands, which were already cooked much better. As a result, I assembled the tables. To summarize, my problem was solved in 1.5 days from the moment of delivery (i.e. I was able to assemble the tables 1.5 days after the discovery of the defect at home). I sincerely thank Maria and Millwood for this.
Z.Y. I am satisfied with the tables and shelves. Usability is 4.5 out of 5 (tables wobble longitudinally a little when you are actively typing text), aesthetics 5 out of 5, functionality 4 out of 5 (up to 80 kg of payload can be loaded on my copy of the table with a total weight of 51 kg; on my copies of the racks, 20 kg per shelf (5 shelves = 100 kg)).
ZY.S. A little unpleasant incident came out with ears, but I was assured that this was an isolated incident. In general, I'm still happy, because the problem was solved just unrealistically quickly (it feels like they just singled out a personal manager who did nothing but go there and poke everyone to get everything done faster). You will lose time and money.
Only the countertop came. They can't send the legs, it will take a lot of time to return, and then they offer to order the table again when it has risen in price by more than 1000 rubles.
In general, I highly recommend it.
Take care of your time, nerves and money.

Low quality and a large number of defects. Before buying, I recommend looking for reviews on various resources, preferably with photos, in order to assess the risk of purchasing products from this manufacturer. In case of claims, the manufacturer is responsible for the same thing: violation of operating conditions. In my case, a few days after purchase, the perimeter edge on the central insert of the table swelled.
