I have never met a worse master, as well as a worse salon!
They came with a child, voiced THEIR need and formulated their desire for a haircut. It is important to keep the length, because I grow the child's hair, it is important to remove the bangs slightly and remove the ends a little at the edges. Master Alina nodded, took a pair of scissors and just cut a long piece of hair ... taken aback, I asked what you were doing and why so much, I asked a little bit Alina replied - "Just right"... I really hope that there are cameras and the guide will look at them, because I just don't have a more obscene and boorish attitude I met him. The hairdresser decides for herself HOW to get a haircut, apparently, regardless of the request the client came with.
Definitely, I will not recommend this "salon" to anyone

We came to the salon a year ago and it is already impossible to leave. Master Alina cuts my son's hair so perfectly that there are no words. A haircut without tears, an approach to the child at the highest level. The child chooses the color of the car in which he will sit and the cartoon he wants to watch. The situation is always positive and there have never been any nuances in a year. I advise Alina to everyone from the bottom of my heart❤

I advise the boys!!! Before this barbershop, we went to a regular one 6 times and it was trash...I had to hold her in my arms and without covering protection...but here the approach was found instantly, the cars come in with a bang, even the protective fabric was put on without tears and tantrums, cartoons played a crucial role...and it took only 10 minutes for a haircut with a pattern!!! :) the master knows his job...

Excellent staff, find an approach to the child, a bright and attractive room, decorated for children, there are cars and chairs to choose from, a large selection of cartoons, a place to wait. Nice prices, we have been getting a haircut for 4 years only in this barbershop. Children are given a balloon and a chupachups after a haircut.

We made an appointment by phone at 17:00. They asked if possible, if earlier, to call, since they were walking around the shopping center from 16:00
As a result, we came as we were recorded by 17:00, and the consultant canceled our recording, because she mixed up the number when recording and did not get through when she called. Thus, we did not get a haircut by mistake of the consultant. She refused to cancel the recording of other people by mistake. Terrible attitude!

A very strange service .They position themselves as a children's hairdresser. But for the first time , they cut it in half with grief , albeit crookedly . Then they ran out of shampoo, they say we won 't wash their hair . I yelled🤣 I went to buy it myself, handed it over to them - they washed it - the service in Belarusian. Yesterday we called to sign up again , they say that they do not wash the children 's hair at all . Sur . I do not recommend it!

Before the haircut, Master Oksana was shown a photo of what needs to be done, they clarified that you just need to shorten the bangs and trim them from behind so that it is neat. As a result, we came to our senses late, and we have a short-haired child with burdock ears and a prominent hemangioma.
