A great family hotel. The atmosphere is calm. I do not recommend going there with children, because there is no entertainment for them. The beach is small, but there is a place for everyone. You can walk to a hundred and fifty (shops and restaurants) so it is to the Cyclops Cave. The rest of the places can be easily reached by bus. Among the disadvantages, it should be noted that the nearest shops are 10... 15 minutes away.
It is located between Ayanapa and Protaras. A comfortable private bay and a sandy beach. The sand is bulk, brought specially. The rooms are triple, but there is everything you need. It is convenient with children. The sea is very close to the hotel. There are two pools for children and an adult. It's a good pullbar.
The food is simple, but fresh and delicious. Personally, I didn't have enough olives for breakfast. It is unclear, but they do not give🤔. Polite, helpful staff, some speak Russian and understand almost everything. There is no language problem. There is a diving club nearby. There is nothing to do outside the hotel. If you go out onto the highway and turn towards Protaras, there is a small supermarket on the left side with everything you need, including groceries, souvenirs, tobacco and alcohol. There is an ATM nearby.. for lovers of water sports and boat trips, you can drive to the left - towards Ayanapa. There is a municipal beach in the neighboring bay, parking is free, pine trees grow on the slope, shade and several fast food cafes. Despite the location, I recommend it to fans of "mattress rest" and recreation with children. Live music once a week. There is a massage point on the beach. But it doesn't work every day. I emphasize once again - a very convenient beach, protected by two stone jetties from the waves. At the end of June, huge turtles arrive - take a mask, a tube and a waterproof smartphone case to capture them. There are no sea urchins. A lot of locals come to the hotel on weekends. The number of people is doubled, but all without an overnight stay.
You can join the good reviews about the hotel. A calm, homely, friendly atmosphere. It's good to relax here with the children. There were no entertainments or concerts. The sea and the beach are beyond praise. The "zero" line from the sea. Huge turtles live in the bay, which swim next to the swimmers. You can take walks along the shore towards the Blue Bay and Cape Greco and swim in wild deserted places. All this is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, there was only a slight smell of tobacco (eliminated by ventilation). Breakfasts are the standard European buffet of a three-star hotel (plentiful, satisfying), and dinners are varied and delicious. No drinks are included at dinner. Since they are expensive at the bar, they bought fine inexpensive wine and water at a nearby supermarket.
The most worthy option for a budget holiday with a perfectly clean sea, convenient entrance for children and adults, olive trees and free sun loungers under them)) Reasonable option: meals breakfast +dinner, family room (spacious, new room without sea view). Excellent staff, many understand and respond in Russian. Taxi to Pratoras 7-8 euros., shops with wine, cheese and olives - 15 min. walk.
The location is great who doesn't like suites. The food is delicious, the service is good, the friendly staff clean the rooms. The beach can be said to be private from the hotel smoothly flows into the city from the hotel to the sea 100 m. I liked it and the children also had a good access to the sea.
A gorgeous place, the hotel is small, calm, the food is excellent, the bay is very calm, turtles swim, the sea is clean, transparent. The hotel is located in the middle between two party towns Ai Anapa and Protaras. If you want noise and entertainment, then 5-7 minutes by bus in each direction. The surrounding area is quiet. For privacy and enjoyment of the sea and silence, a gorgeous place.
The hotel is not bad. The room is standard. N 117 with access to the lawn. Breakfasts and dinners are standard. I can't say that the dishes are delicious. But they didn't starve. But the lunches (dinner can be easily replaced with lunch) are delicious and varied. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels were changed twice in seven days. Of the soaps, only a piece of soap and shower gel in the stall (the smell of the gel is very pleasant). The sea is within walking distance. But it's a small cove. A lot of stones. There are always sun beds, vacationers move them at their discretion. And further along the shore there are several beaches with small closed coves and also stones, although the bottom itself is sandy. There is nowhere to go near the hotel at ALL. Three small shops, a super market a little further away and a tavern nearby. And that's it. The rest is on buses. Someone walked to Protaras. Well, not our option.
One of the most comfortable hotels in Protaras, and indeed in Cyprus.
A quiet place. The green, blooming territory is pleasing to the eye even in the hottest time.
VERY HOSPITABLE hosts, polite staff.
The first line of the beach with access to a small bay, where it is so convenient for children to learn to swim, dive with a mask and look at the fish hiding in the rocks. There is a diving school, a small adult and a small children's pool.
The rooms are simple and quite comfortable.
Some employees speak a little Russian.
Of the disadvantages, perhaps only the predominance of fast food in the menu of the local bar, where lunch is served.
A nice, relaxing, family vacation. Without noise, gamma and fuss. It will be boring for young people! Of the advantages: your own beach, a closed bay without waves, for kids it's the very thing! The kitchen is not a masterpiece, but you will not stay hungry. For your money, great!
The 3* hotel fully corresponds to its level. Good location by the sea. One disadvantage is that there is not a single catering establishment within walking distance where you can have lunch.
But the sea is red, turtles swim. And in the evenings, silence.
It's a great place if you want peace of mind. The hotel has its own beach. Although they are all state-owned there. But we lay on the hotel beds and then went down to the sea. The hotel is located between Ayia Napa and Protaras. There are only a couple of shops nearby. The restaurant is half an hour away on foot. Or you can take a bus. But he rarely walks.
A wonderful hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly. The owners of the hotel, Eugenius and Linda, are wonderful people. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will definitely get back to you)
Thank you very much to all the staff of the Mimosa Hotel for a wonderful 10 days of rest. We were a family (2 adults and a child) from July 20th to 30th, 2019. I can't complain about anything. We were satisfied with everything. The 3* hotel justifies itself 100%. The rooms were cleaned, every day, by the nicest women. The restorona had a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The dinner menu was always varied. The breakfast is standard European. Live music was often played in the evening. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The sea is right under your feet. There are a lot of free sun loungers on site. They are paid at the water's edge, but they are not needed. There are enough hotel rooms. The water is the purest. It was a pleasure to swim. The shuttle service drives right up to the hotel's porch. So, if you are planning your vacation to Cyprus, then I recommend this place 100%.
A small, cozy hotel for a relaxing stay. Own beach, pool, lobby. High-quality food, large rooms, excellent wi-fi, works even on the beach. Very friendly staff, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Pleasant musical programs in the evenings are not only a solid three, but even a four
A wonderful hotel!!! Very quiet, excellent quality, service, contingent, 0 line from the sea, near the perfect sandy beach-bay, on Mondays soulful Greek evenings.Very cool, beautiful. An ideal place for a relaxing and decent holiday.
The sea is very close to the hotel, there are many sun beds, the food is very decent (in the morning almost the same menu, but delicious, and in the evening the menu is varied and delicious) . And most importantly, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception in the hotel, in the restaurant - this is a very big plus for us. I really liked that I would like to come again.
an expensive hotel probably has a lot of foreigners (not Russians). Vacationers from nearby hotels use their Wi-Fi.the password is easy to find out. to use it, you need to stand in a certain place under a tree near a pile of stones, in other places it takes poorly. It looks very funny how several people are trampling in the middle of the road, everyone is writing something on their phones
