We came to celebrate my husband's birthday today. This was notified in advance at the time of booking. When confirming the reservation, the administrator again clarified that she remembers this. But unfortunately, no one congratulated the spouse. We were hoping for a more cordial welcome. There are no questions about the kitchen. But unfortunately, the service did not please. We have repeatedly visited other institutions of Mnatsakanov and have never met such inattentive attitude.
