The rooms are large,all new appliances,there is a refrigerator,TV,washing machine,Internet,electric stove,electric kettle,dishes are also available,price from 8k for July 2024.there is a parking lot.Cons next to the sink, it works noisily until 12 at night, you can't open the window in summer,there is no air conditioner, you can't open the mattress in salafan, it's not really possible to sleep in summer
