Excellent hotel, friendly hosts. The sea is 30-35 meters away. There are 4 large 3-4 bed rooms with a huge terrace overlooking the sea, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening with your family, have dinner, sip wine and watch the sunset. I stayed there 2 times for 10 days, and it is desirable to book 5-6 months in advance, later everything is already packed. Near the railway station, a lot of shops and a market. About 6 years ago there was just a large summer covered kitchen, and this year there was already a large capital dining room with air conditioning, a cooking area and a bunch of tables, I have never seen pandemonium or queues, there are enough dishes for everyone, even considering that half are taken apart by numbers periodically. There are 2 large refrigerators with freezers in the kitchen, and the mini-refrigerators in the rooms are quite cheerful, with a freezer. There are 2 refrigerators with products for sale: chacha-wine-juices-beer. In general, next year I will book there again!

We had a rest with my son from 18.09 to 25.09.Nice guest house.A very large new kitchen, everything is there, two stoves, two refrigerators, a microwave, dishes in bulk, there was enough for everyone.In the dining room there are wines, chacha, beer, soda for sale.There is no territory, on the one hand the Sukhumi highway and railway road, on the other the sea.Near the New Athos railway station and the market.The highway and railway are not particularly audible, not critical.The room is tired, everything is there, the mattresses are dead, this is a fact, they wrote about it here and the Internet is weak (router?).The electricity was turned off more than once.The room has a TV, a bed, a table, a chair, two cabinets, a wardrobe and an armchair-bed on the balcony, there is also a mini-refrigerator.A set of towels is provided at the entrance.The owners are nice people, they solved all the problems, it was necessary to stay a little longer at the check-out-no problem.In the city, a taxi 200 rubles, a minibus 50 rubles. We went to Sukhum, to caves, to a waterfall.

We had a rest in August 2024, a room on the third floor with a sea view,we were very satisfied,cleanliness,order,everything you need in the room,TV,hairdryer,towels,refrigerator,kettle and cups,on each floor there is a kitchenette with dishes,microwave,sink and ironing board and iron,view from the room just great, if you left the door to the balcony open at night, slept by the sound of the sea, it's just magical,1 min to the beach,the owners Marina and Alexander are very nice people, small problems were solved instantly,we are very grateful for the hospitality, we recommend.
