The most awesome place where we have already become guests! A place where you rest your soul, where you want to return, Clean beautiful well-groomed territory, clean cozy rooms, everything is there, beautiful AMD from the window to the mountains, the sea is visible only from the 3rd floor, a terrace where you can sit in the evening, parking, wi-fi, kitchen in the courtyard, friendly hosts, understanding, cute, just as family people, they will tell you everything, help, advise, help with the choice of excursions, Grigory can arrange individual excursions if desired, next to the delicious proven dining room "Ashot's", a large selection of delicious dishes, opens early, clean! The sea is nearby, within walking distance, the beach is gorgeous, huge, spacious, there are not many people, but this year there are many construction sites nearby and we went to the Cypress Tree, 10 minutes by car, but the whole beach is in relict pines! I recommend it!!! A great place, we will come again and again!!!

We had a rest in this wonderful place this year.There were 8 days.During all this time, we were accompanied by exceptionally sunny weather.The people in Alakhadze are very good-natured and courteous.
The transfer was organized by Leva, the head of the family, a charismatic, intelligent man in the prime of his life.
The guest house is equipped with everything you need, air conditioning, shower, a bed on which your back stops hurting, a kitchen where you can cook your own food.
But the most important thing is the soul, it is felt in everything.How the owners of the house greet you, how they take care of your peace of mind, how everything is thought out to the smallest detail so that you feel comfortable.
Near the house there is everything you need - shops, cafes with incredibly delicious kebabs and grilled cheeses, canteens and of course the sea!!!By the way, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to it, if you don't get too distracted by the eccentric and striking plants, as well as the assortment of goods offered in shops on the way to the sea.
The sea is the purest even after a storm, boundless and majestic.Boats come up periodically, on which you can easily take a ride.
You can always go on an excursion, of which there are a lot.You will be picked up and brought back.All this for a very affordable price.As, in fact, in all Alakhadzy.The prices there are very small, and you will not be able to get the quality of the goods and services offered in your region in the Russian Federation for such small money.
There are a lot of impressions, all very touching and inspiring.We will definitely come back.

We've been to this wonderful place twice. The first time we came to obum, we really liked it, the second time we went here. The owners are very nice people, they will tell you everything, explain everything, and help you with everything. The place is quiet, especially at night, without loud parties. We had a family vacation, we really liked everything!The owners are friendly, they settled in ahead of time. A quiet, cozy place for a family holiday, without too much noise, I immediately warn you before 22.00 do what you want, you want to continue to the sea, cafes, etc. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea through shopping pavilions, canteens where you can buy everything and have a snack. The beach is clean, the sea is clean, the locals are friendly, polite. I recommend you to stay 👍

We are resting here with a friend now. We are pleasantly surprised by the new renovated building, it has everything you need. Underfloor heating, split system, comfortable bed, nice bed linen, large and small linen. There is a hair dryer. There are many canteens and cafes nearby. Fresh air and an empty sea. From here it is convenient to go on excursions to Gagra, Pitsunda and Lake Ritsa. Before that, we had a rest in 2019. I really like it here. I recommend.

Good day! We rested at the Mali hotel from July 1 to July 15. A warm welcome, a great place, the availability of everything you need, cafes, canteens and shops within walking distance. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach. For the sake of such a clear sea and beautiful sunsets, it is worth coming more than once. I recommend staying at the Mali hotel.

We had a family vacation at this hotel. Comfortable rooms. The hotel is new, great view. The sea is nearby, we walked with the children for 10 minutes. There are many canteens with reasonable prices, pavilions and shops.

July 23, we checked in at night with a large company. We were warmly welcomed and accommodated in several rooms. Ours was brand new, it's great. On the territory there is a small children's pool, a swing, a summer kitchen. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea slowly. It's bad that you go to the sea not on the sidewalk (there is no sidewalk), but on the road. It is very unpleasant to walk between cars. We settled after this guest house closer to the sea on the same street, everything is poor and old there... I didn't like it.
So this guest house is a mini hotel
MaLi is quite a pleasant option, if the road to the beach does not "hover"

The overall impression is that I liked it!
A good place for a family vacation.
We lived in a new building. The appliances and furniture are new. I especially liked the beds (the most important thing that is needed in a hotel by the sea), good mattresses, clean bed linen.
In the room: TV (works, turned on 1 time during the whole vacation), refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer.
On the territory: a kitchenette and tables for eating, a barbecue with firewood.
Of the cons, sometimes long-celebrating neighbors occupied tables for a long time and 2 pcs at once. I had to wait. Sometimes we were in the role of long-celebrants :)
The beach is wide, clean, like many in Abkhazia, the entrance to the sea is rocky, 7 meters deep from the water's edge. Children and grandmothers are better off in coral.
The kids need to be watched.
Nearby there are shops, stalls with fruits.
The owners of the guest house are sociable and hospitable. They tell me everything, help with problems.

It's a terrible place, hospitality is out of the question. The construction is in full swing. Not a word was said about it. The water is cold in the room 80% of the time, there are no hair dryers, there is no ironing board and iron even in public access. The territory is dirty, of course there is a lot of dirt during construction, but you can clean it up. There is only one washing machine in the entire territory, you can't load it yourself, you hand over the package, whether the guests' things are washed separately or together, it's unclear, they brought their own baby powder and conditioner, since the child is not yet a year old, they washed their own unknown, waited 6 hours until they gave things away. There is one socket between the beds in the room for 3 people, and that is for the night light. There are dirty dishes in the kitchen, a towel, dish sponges in terrible condition, black and greasy from dirt. There is no playground, the promised trampoline is not for guests, but for the owners, who, upon request, kindly allow them to use it a little. But silence, no tranquility, no comfort, no cleanliness.

We really regretted our choice of this hotel. It was a good start. We arrived early, not in the morning, but at 23 o'clock. The hosts went to a meeting (our rooms were not occupied) and, after paying for another whole day, we checked in. Morning came and we saw all the delights of the "hotel" in which construction is underway. Residents of the metropolis will understand, you leave with children from the noise into silence, and then they drill, paint, knock... all the delights of repair: dust, dirt. There is no hair dryer or blankets in the rooms, just sheets: warm up as you want. You won't be able to take a shower after the sea. Those who managed to wash themselves, the rest are in the cold. To wash, you have to give things and powder to the hostess and, lo and behold, after 6 hours you will receive the washed things. Moreover, you can also pay 100 rubles for this pleasure. There is 1 washing machine in the hotel, and there is no access to it. There is no iron or ironing board. There is one microwave for 20 rooms for 3 people, 1 gas 4-burner stove on which you will boil water for a very long time. There is one trash can, under the sink, and there is another tank. There is a separate topic about washing dishes: the washing liquid is diluted to the state of water, it is not that it is impossible to take a sponge in your hands, it is disgusting to look at.There is nothing for children. There is a TV in the room that does not work. There is 1 socket for a night light for three people. And this is despite the fact that all the phones that charge in turn. Wi-Fi catches only near the router. You will not be able to use it from the room. If you are looking for silence, coziness and comfort, then you are definitely not here

We left the same day! We stood for an hour under the canopy, shivering from the rain, while the issue with our room was being resolved... we were allegedly confused with another family and wanted four and settled in one room.... Let's go for a walk to the sea, eat at the Vaunted cafe "Smak", khachapuri in this place is fried eggs in dough, Solyanka is tomato paste with tender pork, sauce for potatoes will be brought after the potatoes are over. Then we went for a walk to the beach. This is a road for cars, buses, jeeps, people, merchants - one for everyone and everything! By the way, there are only two such streets in this village, Taumyan and Shaumyan. It's not close to the beach, if the jeep doesn't level you, then you'll get there in 20 minutes 🫣
After our indescribable impressions, we came to the hut and found out that we did not like it here and we were leaving tomorrow morning, because we had already paid for the night. To which we were answered: I'm incurring losses, then pay a penalty from each family for another 2500 3 nights or Get out right now. Of course, we left on the same day. Only Grigory behaved like a human being, helped with the suitcases and offered to take us.
A separate highlight is the toilet on the neighboring plot, when the wind blows towards this guest house, then you will inhale the aromas not of vanilla or even kebabs ... and all this is next to the kitchen🤷🏻♀️

Our family was very pleased with the rest. The room has everything you need. There is a large territory where children can play / run. Outside, under a canopy, there is everything for cooking and barbecue. We have a great company from different cities gathered at the hotel. We all got to know each other at a small feast hosted by the owners of the hotel. I really liked the trip to the waterfalls and Lake Ritsa with Gregory, because we leave early in the morning and go to all places when there is still no one from other tourists there. Beauty..... -

Nice guest house. Friendly hosts. The room has all the amenities. Private parking is available on site. There is a kitchen for those who want to cook with a stove, microwave and plenty of dishes. The owners of the guest house can help with excursions, but we climbed everywhere in our own car. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach on a leisurely walk along the new asphalt, you waste more time going into all sorts of tents and shops along the way. The beach is round pebbles, the sea is clean. Let's go to Abkhazia again and stay there.
