A great place to relax, a great location, a responsive family - nice and pleasant people who try to please in everything, are ready to help and prompt. I liked everything very much - clean, cozy, beautiful garden, rooms for every budget (from small ones with amenities in the courtyard, to two-room apartments for 4-5 people with a bathroom in the room). Near the lake, a large sanatorium, very green, calm and quiet out of season. The food is very tasty, family-style. There is a shared kitchen for those who want to cook. Many thanks for everything! We will definitely come again! All the best and prosperity!!!

The location is excellent. Clear. Friendly hosts. But the presence of horses under the windows bothered me. The smell is not for a city dweller. Lack of dishes. If you want to eat by yourself, then take a rag, soap, plates, mugs with you. There is a stove, kettle, and microwave. Tables in the courtyard. I liked everything, especially for the price. Near the lake, the beach, a sanatorium with treatment.

I rested in July 2022 for 15 days. I have very positive memories from my vacation.
I liked the climate, the location of the boarding house (close to the beach and the sanatorium "Blue Issyk-Kul, where the procedures take place), the friendliness of the owners and staff, clean rooms and the territory. Special thanks for the three meals a day. Varied, hearty, not over-salted, not over-peppered. An excellent tour around the lake was picked up right at Kalinka, with a wonderful guide. Lots of impressions.
Go ahead, you won't regret it!

We had a family vacation from May 30 to June 10. The room is clean and cozy. The place is quiet, close to the beach. I would like to express special thanks to the staff of the boarding house. Our every household request was solved kindly and quickly, kettle, dishes, dryer, change of towels, etc., which is not provided by the room, but it was necessary for us. Very well maintained yard, roses are blooming everywhere. The local hero, the Donkey Coconut, is happy with apples, and the children are happy with the donkey.

The boarding house is very beautiful in appearance

2. The pipes are clogged so that the water in the shower did not even come down, we had to wait for 5-10 minutes, and when the shower clogged, someone else's hair came out of the pipe
3. The room was not very cleanly cleaned after previous customers: coffee was spilled on the closet, a clump of hair hung on the wall, empty bottles were under the bed
4. Disgusting breakfasts, I am writing this review only because of breakfast, 1000 som and getting an egg with sausage and empty porridge is very powerful. Not only were the eggs too salty, as if just a piece of salt was lying, but also the bread as if they forgot to remove it yesterday, not the bread!! For 1000 som, you could at least give fresh bread!
5. To cook for yourself, you constantly need to run to ask for something, the kitchen is not adapted at all for your own cooking: 1 out of 4 burners works, you stand in line for an hour, there is no knife, no spoons
No mugs, 3 plates for the whole boarding house!
They came, slept and left, norm
But we won't be coming back here for sure
For 2 days, 6 k som were paid (without food)
And we were very unhappy!

Super! The hostess Zhenya and her daughter Aibige were like distant relatives to me! Cozy, sincere, inexpensive, close to all the sights. My son and I liked everything 😉

We booked it a week in advance by phone. Upon arrival, they did not remember about our reservation, fortunately there were empty seats.
The room is tiny, the mattress is covered with polyethylene (!!!), there was no watering can holder in the shower, the breakfast is meager.
Among the advantages - it is located in the city center, on a quiet street, good water pressure in the shower.

The courtyard in the boarding house is well maintained. The rooms are, of course, average. The beds are very old and hard, and in the room next to the kitchen they wash the dishes endlessly and even at night or early in the morning, and you constantly wake up from this rumble.
