If you want to plunge into the nineties, you are here. I am very dissatisfied with the way officials work. Let's start with the fact that the issue was trivial, and could be resolved at the hotel with the help of an online appeal. But, since the procedure is not worked out, and there is almost no control over the hotel activity, the issue has not been resolved. I had to contact the regulator. What will you get if you come here- yes, talk politely, BUT in the corridor, they won't even invite you into the office. If you write an application, they will not think of registering it, and they will do it only after a "blow to the head" from higher authorities. The impressions are extremely unpleasant: an example of how officials should not work. Everything is done very formally, without observing the laws. It looks like they are engaged in extortion instead of work. I understand that in Abkhazia almost everything is arranged this way. This makes it very sad. How are you going to live on without producing anything, solving issues for bribes?
