I have a suggestion. plumbers are paid a salary upon completion of work, not a salary. Maybe if neither plumbers, nor foremen, nor housing and communal services bosses, nor ministers can do their job, let the head of state personally come and replace the riser. Оплата за лишние м.кв на территории могилы надо оплачивать и это боьлшая сумма за 1кв. м . 200 руб !!!!А если я планирую лежать рядом с родителями, почему я должна платить такие большие деньги, если сегодня для захоронения человека место выделяется бесплатно????? Если могиле более 30 лет, почему сейчас начались какие-то перерасчеты. Если вышел документ для исполнения, то почему он не действует с момента выхода, а делают перерасчеты задним числом
