Amazing hotel for that price!
A nice new mattress, very cool lights, bathroom with a working tropical shower and mirror lighting and beautiful wooden doors.
I would add a bath mat and more isolation for windows ( I was here in November and it's a bit cold here at night).
P.S. I didn't try the hotel's restaurant even for breakfast as there are so many interesting food around I had tried.
Great hotel. I liked it very much. The room is beautiful, everything is there for convenience, breakfast is free, wi-fi, air conditioning, hairdryer in the shower, TV, reasonable price. I recommend it!
A nice hotel, with a fresh renovation and nice rooms, although without a view from the window, but with access to the roof. The breakfasts are rustic, but this is the case everywhere in Uzbekistan in private small hotels. Since we were on tour there, we were also fed lunches and dinners, very tasty, but they were kind of imported, I didn't see my kitchen there. But the main thing is that everything was organized very well from the outside.
The hotel is located in an old building.
The rooms are equipped with all amenities, despite the lack of windows, ventilation is good. The beds are comfortable.
Breakfast with national dishes, delicious.
Probably one of the best views of the city from the terrace. Responsive staff. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The shower is like a remote control . Everything is new
Excellent location in the center of the old town, good view from the window, clean and cozy room, brought, taken away from the airport. Everything is great.
My review about the restaurant, because I did not live in the hotel. When choosing a local wine, two bottles were brought to taste. After choosing the one you like (f
BAGIZAGAN) announce the price of 300 thousand soums. The next day in Urgench we stopped at a wine market and there the red price for this wine turned out to be 60 thousand soums. I understand the restaurant margin of 2 times, but here the coefficient of 5 is the height of cynicism, arrogance and greed. Yes, they also offered to buy this wine with them and their wholesale price from two bottles is 230 thousand soums.
And in Bukhara, this wine was seen for 40 thousand soums.
A new, clean hotel. A good rooftop restaurant, seeing off the sunsets is top! Of the disadvantages, the same restaurant is on the second floor, you can hear furniture moving on the roof and good audibility from the corridor. The restaurant closes at 23:00. If you like silence and go to bed early, then look for hotels away from the market street. If you like to party, then OK. Breakfast from the heart, special thanks for the fig jam! Yandex taxi is not working in Khiva yet, they can meet you from the airport. It costs a little more, but I recommend a clean car and a careful driver. If you arrive by train, you can walk to the hotel - 15 minutes along the new pedestrian alley. We liked it, thanks for the hospitality!
The convenient location of the hotel, in the center of a historical landmark. Great breakfasts! The hotel has a restaurant, on the terrace, and indoors, with good cuisine.
Everything is great. You just need to align the shelf under the mirror in the bathroom. Delicious breakfast food, comfortable bed, excellent location in the heart of the ancient city
A tired hotel with beautiful interiors. The sound insulation is zero, and since there is a restaurant in the same place, EVERYTHING can be heard.
The location is very good, it is normal to stay for a day.
Breakfasts, like everywhere else in Uzbekistan with a local flavor, give chebureks and porridge)
We just got back from the hotel.
Small, cozy, only 13 rooms.
The owners are young people. There is a restaurant on the roof, so if you live under it, you will not be allowed to sleep until 23:30, chairs are constantly moving on the tiles, plus eerie audibility. But the view from the restaurant's terrace is beautiful. Excellent location in the oldest city. The view from the window is great.
The room is clean, cozy, small, without chairs, but there is a kettle. There is no water at the reception, as in other hotels in Uzbekistan. And they give it out only 1 bottle per day per room. Breakfast was very poor compared to other breakfasts in hotels with us, there was not even cheese cheese. Sausages, eggs and biscuits. However, there are also watermelons and melons.
We left at 3 a.m., there was no one at the reception, the owners were fast asleep and the front door was open. I had to leave the keys just on the table. I wouldn't go there a second time.
I can't say anything about the hotel itself, but the "restaurant", as they call it, is tin. We ordered a couple of beers, barbecue and salads. I attach photos of the glasses that were brought for beer, the kebab was never brought, saying that it all went to the banquet that took place at the next table, the salads are disgusting, over-salted and peppered, the price for 1 beer (bottled sarbast)- 40,000 soums. Definitely not recommended!
Nice hotel, I liked the breakfasts. Not all rooms were warm. There is no one to be found at the reception at night. The rooms have bathtubs instead of showers. It's in all the hotels I've been to in the country, the room design is super
Thanks to the staff for the excellent service and caring for the guests! The rooms are simply gorgeous! The breakfasts also sailed by! The location is wonderful! If you want to touch a piece of antiquity, come here!
A cozy small hotel in the very center of the fortress. It is clean, cozy, and the staff is helpful. What would you change? I would increase the assortment at breakfast
The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town. All the sights are within a 2-minute walk. At the reception, there are charming and caring young men. They will always help you solve any issues. Unfortunately, the catering is not very well thought out
Very nice hotel in Khiva. Excellent rooms, super location in the center of Ichan Kala. The only thing is that breakfasts can be improved. And so everything is cool!!!
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Khiva, with a magnificent terrace, clean and cozy rooms, breakfast is small but enough, the whole old town is within walking distance.
Great view, fast food delivery. Delicious!. The super manager is a girl with a full fit, who coordinates the work very professionally. I recommend it to everyone
A very decent hotel, good breakfasts. On the top floor there is a veranda with magnificent views of the city

We were at the rooftop restaurant: The service is poor. The wine selection is very modest. There is no cheese plate (they even put two cubes of melted cheese in it, the president). The only advantage is the beautiful view from the terrace. But it won't work to sit and just rest with a glass of wine: there is nothing to drink, the service is frustrating, the music is loud and no, a bunch of family with crying children. For a cozy evening with a beautiful view, I recommend looking for something else.
It is located in the center of Khiva. Two restaurants of their own, one of them on the roof of the hotel. The breakfast is not very good, for three, for that the rooms are decent.
Very nice room, very nice restaurant. But the breakfasts are much poorer than in other hotels. There is no safe in the room. There is a hair dryer and an iron.
A lovely hotel inside the old town. Comfortable mattresses. We had a great night's sleep. Breakfast is a buffet. It's all good.

Everything is as usual. I can't mark something outstanding. Now all the hotels are like brothers and sister.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, from May 02, 2022 to May 03, 2022. We left our bags and luggage at the reception, because the rooms were not ready yet and went on an excursion. After lunch, we checked in and spent the rest of the day outside the hotel. We left in the morning. And it was only the next day in Bukhara that they discovered that apple headphones had been stolen from the bag. The last time they were turned on behind the hotel was 10 hours after our departure. We did not use headphones in Khiva and did not leave the hotel territory. Searches and calls yielded nothing. I blocked the headphones. Neither to myself, nor to people.
