It is NEVER possible to get through!!!!
At the reception desk - yes, a nice lady works. But, she just issues a form, sends it to be filled out according to the sample and accepts the filled one. It's nothing complicated, that's why it leaves a good impression and hope that it will continue to be so.... But!!!!! That's where it all starts. The phones are silent, there is no way to find out about readiness anywhere! I have to go into this darkness of a cockroach just to ask,,, My certificate, with the application submitted a month ago, has not even been considered yet,,, Perhaps - I will write to the Presidential Administration. At least I will help the people who will come here after me.,,,
