Greetings to all! The Minsk Memorial company was chosen by our family for cooperation due to the fact that only they agreed to the work that was necessary, namely: the stele on the existing monument was completely redone and the tile at the burial place of the parents was replaced. I repeat, no company wanted to get involved with such work. Everyone just wanted to demolish the old monument, "bury" it and install a new one. And only here I was not sent, but got to work. The monument really turned out to be wonderful. Our family is very grateful to the head of IP Berezko, and especially to Yulia's manager, with whom we mainly interacted. All the work was done on time and very conscientiously. Many points were discussed several times, very good advice was given on the design of the burial, which were not unfounded but were confirmed evidently, based on long-term experience in this field. In general, many thanks to EVERYONE for the work done, for the attentive attitude towards us, your clients who have lost their loved ones. And thanks to your work, the memory of them will be preserved for many, many years. I wish you good health and success in your difficult and necessary task.

I ordered a monument for Dad, worked with Julia's manager - and it was a great collaboration! When completing the order, all my wishes and nuances were taken into account - and there were quite a few of them. In addition, Julia provided incredible professional assistance with the selection of additional images, which were applied to the back of the monument.
The monument is beautifully executed, the installation on time is very careful, leaving no mess behind.

We ordered a monument for Mom, who left us so early. Thanks to Julia and Alexander, their advice was chosen what they wanted to see. The monument is impressive, especially the "Swan carrying away the heart of our mother", the portrait is amazing, the artists conveyed all our pain and sorrow in stone... I ordered a monument for my mother on 03/10/2020.the deadline is 10.06. as a result, they set 22.06. Absolutely not an executive office.I had to call them myself and remind them about the order.Some days the phone was not picked up, the answering machine was turned on.As a result, we agreed on the 20th of the 11th morning .No one contacted me until 11. I started calling them again only at 11:30 they replied that the car had left. Waiting again. Then they called back that the car had left for another order, and then to me. It was only in the evening that they said that no one would come. We agreed again in a day.As a result, everything was installed. However, the fence at their *factory* was not assembled to order, the entrance turned out to be on the wrong side, well, I have already turned a blind eye to this.
The only thing that pleased this mountain office is the builders who installed the monument did everything well, many thanks to them.And the stone artist turned out to be a very beautiful monument.

And the most important thing is:There were problems with the installation due to the fact that the monument to my father was installed incorrectly next to it.
