The main disadvantages:
1) Paper walls, literally. You can hear conversations on the phone, coughing, TV, etc. I'm silent about repairs, if they drill on the 16th floor, you can hear it terribly loud already at 8.
2) Lack of infrastructure (except for part of the wave), Vitalur is the nearest store, there is no choice. There are no ATMs, household chemicals stores, etc.
3) Lack of parking spaces, inconvenient entrances for cars, it is impossible to leave.
4) Low-quality elevators, often break down, take a long time to drive
5) Lack of Internet choice, there is only beltelecom, which works disgusting, constant interruptions. As the master from this company himself said, there are too many sq.m on the floor, with the house fully filled, it will only get worse))
6) The constant noise of airplanes is very disturbing during the day
7) The layout is just a classic dormitory, but in an updated form

I absolutely do not understand why people like to live there, we were at the inspection of the apartment and yard - it is absolutely uncomfortable, it is only a residential area, because living there fully will definitely not work, at least for a normal and self-respecting person.
