I haven't been able to get proper treatment since April. At first, I waited more than a month for a consultation, which was repeatedly postponed. Then they prescribed injections, the course of which I have not been able to take since June. Because the doctor is sick, the doctor is on vacation. And now they seem to have forgotten about me. They rescheduled the course of injections from June to August and do not call. And I'm losing my eyesight.

There is 1 window open at the reception desk on Monday at 10 a.m. There is no electronic queue. A full waiting room of people consisting of old people who, due to their age, do not remember well who they were in line for, which is why the queue gets lost. Is it really hard to put an electronic queue in 2024?
