A terrible place with a Soviet entourage and staff.
A female janitor eats sandwiches with tea and discusses plans for the weekend. At the workplace.
In the next office, workers are arguing with craftsmen without hesitation or vice versa.
Everything is shabby, dirty, and scary.
Even young employees (20-25 years old) turn into what I wrote above.
Indifference, formalism and bureaucracy reign all around.
Nobody wants to do anything.
People just sit out their 8 hours.
They are sitting out their salary.
They are working out their training.
Fear and darkness.
I hope I never have to visit this place again.
It became much more convenient when all the apartments from the housing and communal services balance were transferred to the MGO. Now the housing stock of the city is in one organization and there is no need to travel to different district organizations. Sometimes there are difficulties with keys and access to entrances
I don't understand the previous review. Everything is fine, starting with a friendly janitor and quick service by a specialist.
The disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to get by public transport.
