A terrible place with a Soviet entourage and staff. A female janitor eats sandwiches with tea and discusses plans for the weekend. At the workplace. In the next office, workers are arguing with craftsmen without hesitation or vice versa. Everything is shabby, dirty, and scary. Even young employees (20-25 years old) turn into what I wrote above. Indifference, formalism and bureaucracy reign all around. Nobody wants to do anything. People just sit out their 8 hours. They are sitting out their salary. They are working out their training. Fear and darkness. I hope I never have to visit this place again.
