The reception point itself leaves much to be desired also in the person of the one who accepts and writes out documents: in the summer of 2022, a man worked there (when I visited, maybe still works), an extremely nasty person who is right on the spot, in the eyes, without a conscience, he understates the acceptance price as much as possible, arguing that he either calculates on the spot, or writes out a document on acceptance, according to which he needs to go somewhere, stand in queues to cash a check. For such an attitude towards people (clients) - only dismissal, and nothing else.
