3. Customer orientation and attitude to the client is a Tin ...!! There were 3 contacts with employees and all three specialists behaved with exaggerated arrogance. Manners and tone - as if they were "ministers". The desire to help is zero. Answers: "I don't know", "read for yourself" or the answers will be completely off topic. "Clucking" and "sighing", "rolling your eyes" - this is what you will inevitably encounter. Score 0 out of 5. URGENTLY do something about it!
If the management is reading, they are ready to provide the names of particularly polite specialists.
