But it turned out - NO, the bitter reality. The court is a system. The Template system. The laws are not perfect, and therefore it is a HUMAN judge who judges, not an artificial intelligence. That's why it's life, alive and real, not a computer game. It's impossible to know in advance. And I thought if you don't break the law and do everything fairly, the court should SEE it. But no, Themis IS BLIND AND DEAF. The judge evaluates the situation based on the least reputational losses for himself. The situation does not fit into the TEMPLATE - So the judge is going from the opposite. Every person who will be sued is as guilty as possible. And anyone who wants to harm another person can take advantage of it. The judge does not delve into the arguments of the defense, does not take into account the actions of the defendant. There is only one answer - you did not do it according to the law, and the judge is not interested in the fact that the law does NOT prescribe how it should be. But despite all this, filing an appeal is sometimes a matter of principle and honor. You can't give up just because an OFFICIAL is weak or incompetent. We must defend TRUTH and JUSTICE to the end. Hopefully, there are people left in some vertical of power who work IN THEIR PLACE and with dignity. It must be absolutely right.
