Belpochta, I am writing to you! I still can't understand why sending a parcel via European Post takes 3 minutes and an application is made in 2 minutes, and costs three times cheaper!?? You stand in line for half an hour every time, as in a polyclinic, and then you manually write some kind of paper stickers, which the operator then re-enters into the database again and you spend all the time! During this time, I produce 3 times more products than I manage to send with your service.
There are often long queues. To receive international parcels, you need to stand in a huge queue. There's no one to work with.
In general, the staff is friendly.
