A wonderful factory, one of the business cards of Minsk and the whole of Belarus. I highly recommend visiting with a guided tour! The territory is clean and tidy, everything is neat in the workshops, there is a lot of new, modern equipment.
The tour was conducted by Vladislav Vyacheslavovich, a very competent, experienced specialist. The story was very lively, detailed and interesting.
During the tour, you can not only see a wide variety of tractors, but also visit factory workshops, see with your own eyes how equipment is assembled on the assembly line. In addition, you can visit the factory museum, a small exhibition in front of the museum and even take a picture at the wheel of your favorite tractor!
The prices for excursions are very affordable.
Many thanks to the guides and all the employees of the plant for the opportunity to visit such a wonderful enterprise!

The tractors are good. But there is one disadvantage in small 320 tractors, these are cold stoves. It is not possible to work on them for a whole hour in the cold. My hands and feet are freezing completely, blowing from all the cracks. It would be nice if warm stoves were installed from the newspaper 2705

0 stars in general, the material and technical base is not in any way, the equipment is falling apart, there are many "waterfalls" during the rain, almost everything is on the side of the authorities, the main thing is to cover the rear. Engineers get paid less than hard workers. In general, I do not recommend it.

In 2020, I bought an MTZ 82 tractor (balochnik). Everything is working, all components and assemblies are in good condition.I didn't pull anything up on the tractor, all the lights are on, the fuses are off.A RELIABLE and HARDWORKING tractor. I plow, drive, cultivate on it-it's NICE to work on such a tractor! Thank YOU to ALL the workers of the Minsk plant for the best tractor on the planet! Sincerely from Crimea - Victor.

I was here on a tour of the factory, which was conducted by the female director of the museum.
One of the advantages is that the staff at the entrance is friendly, there are no problems with toilets in the dining room.
The tour itself was not very pleasant. I was forced to quickly sign the safety instructions, which no one explained to me, no one gave instructions.
Reflective vests were given only to children, adults were not given anything. Although tractors are cut at high speed at the factory and it is not safe to walk without a vest.
The guide was constantly in a hurry, running away from the group for 100 meters. The rest of the group, including children, was abandoned, catching up with the guide along the dangerous roads of the plant.
The guide answered the questions sparingly, she clearly lacked knowledge about her native factory.
I recently went on an excursion to BelAZ, and there is something to compare it with. Heaven and earth.

After the first minutes of communication in the department of shipments to foreign countries, in particular with Elena Yakovlevna, I was simply shocked by her manner of behavior with the client, from the manner of conducting a conversation, etc., etc. I have not seen such behavior from the shipper for a long time and this is very putting it mildly!!! The management of the company pay attention and take measures to this employee in particular... Unfortunately, I do not know her last name.

3 with a trifle of a year in vain, no development, no po. Everything is outdated, there are a lot of tractors on the territory, but they can't clean the territory normally in winter. The roads on the territory of the enterprise (especially near the foundries) are terrible, sometimes they are just sand pits. The work schedule that is issued for a year can change 10 times, working Saturdays can be repeated whenever they want per day (on Friday they make a decision, and tomorrow on Saturday they already go to work). Drinking water is just dirty, I strongly advise against drinking from vending machines, it's time to change the filters there a long time ago.
