We traveled to Uzbekistan with Minzifa travel. Everything was perfect: from the moment we discussed our individual tour to the farewell at Tashkent airport. Madina was in touch with us all the time, who solved all our questions and requests. We felt like we were with close friends during the trip.
Bukhara was the first city in our excursion program. And although it was quite cool outside, but the guide Kristina and the driver Akatolib did everything to keep a part of our heart in this ancient city. And what a gorgeous authentic hotel (Minzifa) there was. It's just a fire. Samarkand and Tashkent welcomed us with sunshine and warmth. And in every city, people made us happier. People are the main asset of this company. Professionals who love their country and the city in which they work.
I would like to write about the drivers separately: they worked with us from morning to evening. Always careful in driving, the cars are clean.
Emotions from the trip are still overwhelming. But only now do we understand that you can only entrust your vacation to Minzifa travel. Thanks to your entire professional team. We are waiting for new meetings.

I traveled with Minzafartrevel. New Year's tour. The aftertaste is so disgusting. Everything is fine at the negotiation stage. According to the contract, an advance payment must be made, then the payment is made in rubles on the spot. In fact, three days before the start of the tour, they announce that they need to bring dollars with them. Just for a minute, three days before the New Year. I asked for a single room, I paid for a single room, in fact, I find out on the spot that I will live in a double room with a check-in. I contacted the manager, they said that I had been warned about double occupancy. If something doesn't suit me, pay extra.
The rooms in the hotel are small, single by square. They put two beds and sell them as double beds. And one bedside table, one chair.
The New Year's banquet is trash, they paid extra separately. A hot dish was brought, there are only bones. Alcoholic beverages for an additional fee, and at the start one price, in fact another. There is no New Year's program at all, i.e. it does not exist at all. It's not clear what they paid extra for.
The course on which the tour was calculated is generally a mystery. The aftertaste is so-so. The price is already too high, and they also cheat. I do not recommend traveling with this company.

We traveled with this company to four Uzbek cities in November 23. We had an individual tour for 11 people with a permanent guide for all 10 days.
Shukhrat is a handsome man ! In such a short time, I managed to make all the band members fall in love with the country, its culture, way of life, and cuisine.. it's almost a month since we returned home to Moscow, but we all continue to share positive emotions from the trip. Mezifa Travel for not a lot of money managed to organize a super rich tour program in such a way that everything went great, without a single glitch.
It is pleasant to communicate with the pros of their business, and if they still sincerely love their country and want to show all its advantages, it is doubly pleasant. We have already started planning the next trip with Mezifa. Special thanks to manager Camilla.
