My husband booked 2 seats for the movie "The Slave". We arrived about 40 minutes before the start of the session, and the tickets had already been sold to SOMEONE... How could this be done if there were 24 people in the hall? In addition, the reservation was made for a man, and girls were sitting in our supposed seats... We didn't hear any apologies...
