I haven't been in the World for a long time, the hall is small but cozy, the aisles are large, there is no feeling that you are sitting on the heads of neighbors, there are cup holders in the chairs.
Cons: the sound is a little weak when compared with Belarus, and in winter the hall was +16 for 98 minutes frozen

There are only two cinemas in Brest. Personally, I prefer the Mir cinema. It's somehow more comfortable. The aura in it is more pleasant, at least for me personally. I recommend taking tickets for chairs with a table. Very convenient. Again, plus, there is a cinema in the very center of the city. I recommend.

In fact, I only put 1 for the movie and the popcorn, which was fresh and delicious. The staff was terrible, the ladies with stone faces and rude attitude. The situation: there were only 6 people in the hall, we ordered tickets in the middle, but decided to move to another row, as we could not see well and the seats were uncomfortable, tilted forward, which is why I was always moving out, this is a separate story. So the employee came up and very rudely told us to move: "Move to your seats, you bought these seats, so be kind enough to sit on them (this is our first time here and we didn't know which seats to take better, and the hall was almost empty! !) She turned around abruptly and left. And then she was always watching us.We also couldn't order tickets online in any way, so we had to come and buy tickets offline. The film was cool, but at the expense of the employee, the mood deteriorated specifically. We will never go into the World again.

A great cinema, we only go to premieres here - a lot of space and a comfortable hall, we sit in the back on the latest sofas, there is the most buzz, a lot of space, and not so loud. The popcorn is very tasty here. The toilet deserves special attention - a long staircase down, you go down like into a bunker, you haven't seen this anywhere. I recommend you to visit.

The cinema is good, but the service in the cafe and customer orientation are just kapets. I ordered popcorn for the children and wanted to buy a couple of paper cups separately, but the saleswoman said:
- We don't sell cups separately. If you want, take tea.
I had to buy an unnecessary tea bag along with a cup. This is a service. Is it really so difficult to include paper cups on sale separately?
