If you rent a car, then it 's safe ! I needed a car to travel with a large company across the Republic of Belarus for a long distance , and even with small children. We did not regret renting a Ford Transit . We ordered delivery to the national airport , met at the airport parking lot , signed all the documents , because we sent a passport and driver 's license by telegram in advance , the manager asked to provide the original documents in the parking lot to compare them .We signed a lease agreement , paid for the service with a mir card , and left . It took 7 minutes. The guys are very responsible about everything , they told , explained , and showed everything . So definitely if you are in Minsk, you can only get a car here .
