I also want to share my impressions of this "wonderful" store. We ordered laminate flooring for the entire apartment (3 rooms- the amount is not small), and yes, by some miracle our order arrived quite quickly, but then when we did not have enough 5 pieces of laminate ("thank you" to the store for the accuracy in the calculation) and the most interesting thing began!!! We ordered these 5 pieces on December 15th, and promised to deliver them in a few days, but that was not the case. We were deceived FOUR times with the delivery, they promised that they would be delivered today, and that's it!!! We made it to December 28th, leaving us in shambles and unfinished repairs for the New Year! They came up with some idiotic excuses about the delivery. This is just a boorish, disgusting attitude towards customers!!! If I had known it would be such a mess, I would never have ordered here!!!

The store has a good selection, but the employee is not competent to count. Laminate under the order I have 16kv counted 66 pieces of which 5 pieces remained and were not taken back, and this is 40p and I do not know where to apply them.
