Here you read the reviews, everything seems to be positive (4-5 stars), but in reality I was faced with some incredible stupidity of people: I ordered delivery to the address, but in the process I realized that the delivery time interval was not quite right for me, I called the manager back, asked to rearrange the order for pickup, specifying which product, according to to which address the delivery was supposed to be. Since I doubted the address of the store, I asked again "where can I pick up my order?", to which I received an unambiguous answer from Olshevsky 18a.
Upon arrival, it turned out that my order was not there! Why? But because the person who told me where I could pick up my order "didn't look at the position"!
I have a question! And then why did I name what kind of product and to what address was the delivery, for what?! And why do I get the wrong address when I ask where to pick it up???!
Moreover, I should note that no one went to the meeting, and they did not even try to smooth out or eliminate the situation in any way. The person who frankly did his job poorly (I mean the manager) didn't even bother to say "sorry, I misunderstood you" or something like that…
The price is normal, the organization of work is nonsense, the site is also complete nonsense (it was obviously impossible to write intelligently where the shops and so on were).

Компания отличная! Люки на любой вкус. Брал в дом 2 скрытых люка "Практика", сейчас купил люк напольный "Берлога" по индивидуальным размерам по плитку 800х1200 в погреб. Вме выполнили в лучшем виде. Неделя и люк готов.
Персоналу отдельный респект, вниклись проблемой, обсуди все с технологии и конструктором и перезвонили с готовым результатом. Всем советую!

Покупал здесь неоднократно..люки, вентиляторы, обратные клапана...1. Предварительно по телефону доброжелательно и компетентно проконсультируют. 2. Хороший (а может даже и отличный) выбор. 3. Цен, ниже чем здесь, не находил. Рекомендую.
Большой выбор люков! Можно подобрать люк потайной для плитки и покраски и др.. омного вариантов размера. Ребята всегда со знанием дела помогут с выбором продукта и его бюджет! Рекомендую.

Так же порадовал ассортимент скрытых люков. Есть отличное решение по межэтажным люкам. Идеально для балконов в панельных домах. И опять же, по весьма демократичным ценам.
Быстро, качественно, за вменяемые деньги. Далековато от центра и метро, но для тех, у кого есть автомобиль, проблемой не будет.

Нормальная компания, но нет своих ремонтников. Сломался замок на люке по гарантии, заменили без проблем, но ездить за новым и менять пришлось самому. Имейте это ввиду.
