We,ve done a 2-day training there. Nice and luxurious place, attentive staff. But still if you do a workshop have someone to supervise all the details. Mics sometimes didn't work which made us upset.

The hotel is new. Near the church, the big Market, Train station, Metro and airport. Professionals work. I really liked the sauna and the pool. In general, I advise.

A great hotel for your money. They settled in very quickly, showed and told everything. Friendly staff. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was everything you needed - slippers, bathrobes, lots of towels, personal care products, an excellent hair dryer, a tea set, etc. The bed is large, the mattress is of excellent rigidity for me. I couldn't hear the neighbors at all. In the evening, a sauna was turned on for me and a gym was opened. The pool is large enough for a city hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, hearty, varied. I liked everything very much. I definitely recommend it.

All in all, not bad. The location is quite convenient (the center is nearby, the airport is a 15-minute drive away, the market is nearby (although not from the top)), good rooms, responsive staff (there can be no other way in Uzbekistan). The only thing that I personally did not like: breakfast (a rather meager and monotonous menu at the end of August). There were, of course, some other minor problems, but they were quickly resolved as soon as the staff paid attention to them. The photos posted by others correspond, so I do not publish my own.

I really liked the hotel!!! A beautiful area of the city, within walking distance of the market, the airport is close, railway stations too. Cozy rooms, very comfortable and comfortable, including bathrooms. I would like to mention the restaurant, which is located on the top ninth floor. Pleasant atmosphere and delicious cuisine. The only thing that motivates you to leave the hotel is the need to eat. The prices in the hotel restaurant are exorbitant. Well, there are also minor drawbacks. There is no door in the shower cabin, water spills all over the bathroom. But this is a small thing - the floor is warm, everything dries out. And the pool water is too warm. It's also a small thing. That's what anyone likes. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

A great hotel for its 4*. We got a huge room with a view of the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Mother of God. The windows are all over the wall, it blew a little (it was at the end of March). A huge bed (it seemed to us that it was two meters). Uzbek and Russian channels were on TV, which periodically disappeared/appeared. There are all toiletries in the bathroom, including toothpaste with a brush, shaving accessories and cosmetics (cotton swabs, discs, nail file). Bathrobes, slippers, shoe horns. Cleaning every day. There are 2 elevators in the hotel. The restaurant is located on the top floor. The breakfasts are not very good. Cold, for some reason there is no plain water. Lots of sweets. On the plus side, you will have fried eggs or an omelet. Convenient location. There is a market and grocery stores nearby. The railway station is within walking distance. The airport is a 15-minute drive away. The staff is very polite. Tourist tax, as in the whole of Uzbekistan.

Lovely hotel: good location in the center, there is all the infrastructure around - transport, market, shops, banks, railway station, airport nearby. All descriptions are correct, the staff is friendly, professional, courteous, the rooms are well equipped, the breakfasts are excellent - a variety of salads, hot dishes, lots of fruits, a large selection of desserts, a wonderful coffee machine. I recommend it for business trips and vacations.

Very nice hotel, 15 minutes from the airport and not far from the train station. Many places are within walking distance (who likes to walk). The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories (even a hairdryer is available). For breakfast there is a very wide assortment of everything and everything, a lot of fruits and vegetables. - Breakfast restaurant - Good breakfasts! The reviews wrote about coffee. There is coffee, good, from the coffee machine, of course for free. A selection of teas in bags of 7-8 varieties. Fried eggs and omelet, you can add filler to taste. There are a lot of fruits, sweets, pastries, dried fruits, nuts, etc. You won't stay hungry! (well, or you have to be very picky).
- There is a kettle, cups in the rooms, teas (black and green) are added every day, instant coffee, sugar, bottled water every day for 0.5 per person.
- The suites (two-room) have a kitchenette, stove, sink, water cooler. On request, they will give plates-spoons-knives-bowls!
- All rooms have refrigerators. All purchases that require cooling have a place to store!
- The rooms are quite spacious. In addition to a huge bed, each room has two armchairs and a chair with a table.
- There is a bank branch in the hotel, but they do not work with rubles. The rest of the currency is welcome.
- There is no smoking in the hotel!!!! (unlike many establishments in Tashkent).
- There is a large market nearby – you can conveniently buy goodies and carry them nearby! Opposite the market, pharmacies and alcohol markets (for the suffering).
- The night manager, Aziz, is a very nice guy. I helped solve a lot of unpleasant moments, from a crooked taxi driver to the moment of departure. Seeing that my back ached from walking, I was allowed to rent a room on the day of departure not at 12:00, but at 15:00, just in time for a taxi. Thanks a lot to him! A very sensitive person!

- The hotel is new, this is also a minus. Not all the jambs from the builders have been fixed yet. For example, there is a built-in bidet in the toilet. But the one who fixed the brush in room 301 did not think much about the pipes in the wall and, fixing it to the wall, drilled it. When water is supplied to the bidet, it also flows to the walls at the attachment point of the toilet brush.
- Air conditioners. They are in every room. But in a week there were shoals with their work twice. I'm afraid it was the factor of human hands that got into the system for some reason every time. But when complaining, they tried to fix it quickly.
- The corner rooms have very weak Wi-Fi. He is there, but he is constantly disappearing. I was especially surprised that some of the TV channels depend on the availability of WIFI.
- A huge bed with a sooo hard mattress. Taking care of the health of the guests' backs?
- On the sunny side of the hotel, it is better not to open the windows, it will warm up during the day so that you do not cool it for a very long time.
- A la Carte restaurant. If there are really no complaints about breakfast, then the cook failed to have lunch and dinner. Anyone can cook, but not the cook. It can spoil any dishes. To the waiter's comment that the dish is bad. We received the answer: good. They corrected me, no, they say it's bad. The waiter agreed, "It's bad. That's it. The account is unchanged. We never dined there again, but it would have been more convenient.
- The south side of the hotel overlooks an electrical substation, there is a slight hum from transformers on the lower floors.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but I did not like some points:
The shower has three walls without a door and curtains, and if you use any mode except a watering can, puddles are guaranteed in the bathroom. The side on which the glass wall of the shower stands is tiled crookedly, which is why all the water that flows down the glass ends up on the floor, increasing the puddle.
The toilet is combined with a bathtub and with no ventilation.
The transition from the hallway area to the bedroom area is at the level of + 5-7 cm, - I stumbled a couple of times out of habit.
Alcohol in any form is prohibited in the restaurant. The dishes are large and most of them are very good, but individual dishes are not given to the cook (potatoes in a rustic way should not be a cracker). The waiter does not know the composition, ingredients or the weight of the dishes, there is a partial explanation on the menu. Not all dishes on the menu can be prepared and they report this after the fact after accepting the order, Breakfast is included in the price - buffet, - the choice is not bad, but from day to day with minimal changes. By 8 o'clock, almost all the dishes that should be hot are already cold. The juice is apparently limited, because it could end up in a jug and it wasn't updated
In general, the staff is friendly and even understands Russian pretty well.
Summary - not bad, but I expected much more for such a cost (the price is overstated by 30%).

I booked a room through the app. It is 40 degrees in Tashkent. Upon check-in, I paid for the room, $ 200 for 2 nights, which is a good price for Tashkent. The air conditioner in the room did not work, the temperature inside is plus 28 degrees. They told me they were about to fix it. I went on business and upon my return, the air conditioner did not work. In the lobby, moreover, the air conditioning did not work. They offered another room, where the air conditioner did not work either. They offered me a suite where the air conditioning doesn't work either, but there is a balcony. What's the point of a balcony if it's also around 28 degrees outside at night? There is no logic at all. I decided to move to another hotel, but they refused to refund the money, while even my friend could not force them to return it. In short, an absolute scam, scammers. You will be fine at the hotel if everything is in order, but if something happens, they will send you and will not solve such a trivial problem as a refund. I moved to the Holiday INN, where everything was fine. I will never stay at the Mir Lux Plaza hotel again. Moreover, judging by the reviews in Google, problems with air conditioning in the hotel occur regularly. I do not recommend the hotel and I will always talk about such a "hospitable" place in Uzbekistan... BLACK LIST FOREVER! With my stolen $200, buy yourself a conscience.
