A good pet store, reasonable prices, courteous staff. We buy everything for the cat only there. Very convenient opening hours and location.
I've been going to this store since it opened in our house. And I took the same food to the dog all the time, with or without a discount. But for the last six months, or maybe a year, they have "allegedly" discounted it all the time (I don't know if there are such discounts in fact). I always presented a regular customer card with a discount, but today I was suddenly told that it was not valid, since the food was at a discount. The seller was also rude, saying that she could calculate at full cost and then calculate my discount (although she always accepted it anyway). Apparently, she didn't really understand that it wasn't about the discount, but that they themselves didn't know when the card was valid and when it wasn't.
The doctor prescribed a medicinal food for the cat. Finding him turned out to be a problem. My friends advised me to go to the "Pet World" and fortunately he was there! And in general, the assortment is diverse, there is even a freezer with natural food. The service is good. So let's run ahead)
The assortment and prices are good, but at the same time the seller's service leaves much to be desired, it feels like he wants only one thing - for you to leave.. you will not have time to say what you need - the terminal does not work, there is cash well - give it 10 rubles, pours on 12 and says with displeasure that she has no change. You can often run into a closed door and a smoking salesman next to it....
Once I went to ask them about food for aquarium fish and they said that they did not have such, I clarified whether they would ever buy it - they said they would not.
The next day, I decided to come back again, because for the first time it seemed that the seller had fish food behind his back. And I was right, there was also a rack with the same food.
In general, the first impression is spoiled, and so in the store you can find something your pet needs if you do not want to go far
The store, like all the zoo, is nothing remarkable. When I asked for help in choosing, I was offered the most expensive thing. When asked about a cheaper product, the seller gave a look like a man who came from the mud. It was unpleasant.
