They referred to the fact that there is no receipt (lost), although they walked (I understand that the owner himself) through the warehouse. They don't return the money and prove that I took it, even though I was abroad and couldn't do it. I asked around with friends, they said that for this company such behavior ("throwing" people) This is in the order of things. The payment was non-cash, so the Consumer protection Society advised to go to court.
According to Viber, neither the receipt nor my presence was needed, but as soon as they realized that they had lost the goods themselves…
