Rough. Wi-Fi in the style of "feel my 2007". There are no words. They constantly increase the subscription fee, allegedly "to improve the network", but they do not fix the problem. They poke in the nose at the subparagraph of the contract (I don't remember the number), which says like "the provider guarantees the declared speed ONLY WITH a WIRED connection." The trick is that I have NEVER been told about this, ahem, "nuance", either at the conclusion or at the renegotiation of contracts. I am looking forward to the appearance of A1 in our area, but if it takes a long time, I will return to Beltelecom. At home, you have to sit on the mobile Internet. P.S. We offered a "tricky" trick: the speed may increase if you purchase or rent a 5 GHz router from us. Awesome idea, just "everything for the client"! But I used to think Mir-TV was the best provider in the city. Years have passed, competitors have worked on mistakes, and the current PinPro, apparently, only gives money. Now you potentially have not only one client, but also me and all my friends to whom I advised you.

Low speed, regular Internet outages. In the evening, it is impossible to load an elementary web page. The most expensive tariff and the highest price of this provider are connected. On an ongoing basis, technical support received calls from me to solve the problem, and there was also a call from the master at home twice. The issue has not been resolved. The complete lack of professionalism of the technical support staff, respect and correctness of the staff. Absolute lack of control of the situation and a desire to help the client. Repeatedly rude attitude and boorish behavior towards the client. There is no customer orientation. The consumer pays monthly in anticipation of receiving the service, but receives low Internet speed, sometimes no Internet connection at all, as well as the boorish attitude of the staff.

Ужасный интернет. Отключают переодически его,бывает сутками нет... При том,что не оповещают никого. На данный момент опять сидим пол лня без интернета. Как деньги,то плати(и не маленькие)Каналы тоже не показывают,при отключении интернета. За что мы платим???? Хоть бы перерасчет какой делали
