There are no questions about water quality, but something else surprised me.
I decided to return the collateral 5 bottles of 19 liters each. I wrote in a chat on the site, they replied that they could only take 3 bottles, allegedly they did not see that I took more.
I remembered the situation that I wanted to exchange 2 bottles of another manufacturer for the next order of water, but the driver for unknown reasons did not accept them, I had to buy 2 more bottles. However, the operator does not see that the driver sold us these 2 collateral bottles, although he knocked out a check. I do not understand this situation - is it really impossible to accept all 5 bottles, especially since all with the factory's brand label and packaging cellophane. It turns out some kind of savings on matches...Therefore, the assessment is as follows, if the plant meets me halfway, I will change it to 5 stars)
We have been ordering water from this company for 3 years, and the service in Gomel has been terrible for the last year. The penultimate time a bottle came with a piece of paper inside, they decided not to leave a complaint, but the last time they already crossed all boundaries, they could not get through on the 6th (unavailable), they called the first time on the 8th, it was already unavailable 2 times, they managed to get through 3 times after 4 hours, to which the girl said that the applications They are not accepted, although the time was still 14.44! The operator girl started snapping and offered to terminate the contract with them, as the company has too many clients)
Previously, water was delivered day after day, and now you can't order it in a few days, it's a pity, there used to be a decent company.

There are no questions about water. But the section of road to the pick-up point is like a front road. The company could have pressed a little on the asphalt or periodically smooth the road. And add a pick-up point in Minsk. It's better in the Center. Let it be a little more expensive there, but the place decides.

I ordered water through the website on Sun. on Mon., as the water ran out and I needed it urgently. I have filled out all the form data, I am waiting for water. On Mon. in the morning, there was a call from the company to clarify the entrance number, floor and availability of empty bottles. (Of course there are bottles). Since I did not immediately respond, but called back an hour later, the order was not delivered and postponed to the next day! It's not serious! The water is excellent, I have been ordering for more than 15 years, BUT some horror has been happening for the last two months! I'm from Gomel, you order water a day in advance - it's not a fact that they will bring it, and most importantly, they don't even warn you. You order two days in advance in the morning- everyone has their own plans, but again there is no water. Broken bottles were brought a couple of times - there was no one to call, as they were brought after 7 pm. I work at school from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: in the morning they don't bring water "they don't have time", in the evening "it's too late". The attitude towards customers is disgusting (((( in the call center, the answer is one: "what do you want from me?!"; there are thoughts of ordering from another company.
The water is good, the delivery is lame - the delivery time is from 8 to 12, the water is delivered at 13.05. No call that they are delayed, nothing. Please take into account!
An excellent company for providing clean and ultrafiltered water. I recommend you to cooperate. In addition to water, you can order many varieties of groceries.

They completely ruined their reputation with a new rule. Several parent committees from Dzerzhinsk have already refused to cooperate with them. For the fact that they introduced a minimum order FOR 8 BOTTLES, I would have put a rating of zero. Not an adequate pursuit of profit. No one will buy 8 bottles each for kindergarten and primary school for 15-20 children. Yes, we'd rather bring five-liter bottles from the nearest store / source twice a month than this.
Shame on the marketing department and management.

The price analysis showed that the cost of the selected cooler is the most acceptable for this company. I made an order through the website, confident that the final price on the website will be confirmed during the manager's call. I will attach a screenshot of the final order form for review. The time period and delivery date were also selected through the website form. But during the call, it became clear that not everything was so rosy. The representative for Grodno reported that the goods could not be delivered within the time specified on the website, you need to wait a day, this issue was amicably settled. But then it turned out that the delivery was paid and the price of this service, named by the representative for Grodno, to put it mildly surprised – 40 BYN (an increase in the total cost by 7.4%). To the question why it was so expensive, a snide answer was received – "if you don't like it, then pick it up from Minsk yourself." To clarify the situation, a call was made to the call center, the call center operator could not give explanations and switched to, as she put it, the "head". The "head" did not help in principle from the word "in general", but also said that the delivery would be in two weeks and it was not known what the price would be there.
Conclusions:
1) take into account my experience when working with this company;
2) there is a violation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.01.2002 No. 90-3 "On Consumer Rights Protection". Why is the final cost of the product not communicated to the buyer by means of an authorized electronic platform on the Internet?
3) the "head" raised a weighty issue of leveling exchange rate fluctuations, as shown by the site analytics onliner.by , this product was much cheaper before the increase in the value of key foreign currencies. The cost of the goods in Belarusian rubles has been raised by this company. Hence the question – why has the price of goods in Belarusian rubles not been lowered so far, in a situation of declining exchange rates? I think the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has something to do here!!!

I buy water here all the time. Fast, polite staff, there is always change, accept cards. Convenient access (the road is really terrible...but these are questions for the local authorities).
We ordered a cooler with a refrigerator and related products through the website. I received a letter from the "World of Water" asking me to call them back, because they have questions about the order. During the conversation, we were informed that the order was only with pickup, while I note that the order amount reached 500 BEL. rub. To my remark about where the customer orientation is, the order amount is not small. In response, I heard that they are focused on selling water to regular customers and the delivery of all other equipment and related products is organized only for them. And since we refused to buy water from them earlier and chose another supplier, we have to take it ourselves. And if we are not satisfied with this, then we can buy the product from another supplier.
I am extremely surprised by this policy of the company. :(
I would like to recommend that you train your managers better and be more loyal to different categories of customers!

I ordered from 14 on Saturday. I work as a chatnik (shift) until 7 a.m. - they call at 9 "water was brought". And I went to bed... It's just disgusting. Make yourself a normal program! And the last name was changed for 1 year. Why choose the time if you've given up on it! Got it...
I did not specify my last name when ordering on the website. They called and said that they could not accept the order without a surname, because their CRM does not allow it. They refused to accept the order, because I did not want to give them my full name, not understanding why they need to collect full personal data. The general impression is that it is much more important for them to get complete information about a private business than to sell their products. It is not clear what they are actually selling.

Good day. We ordered water from this company three times. The first time there was nothing wrong with the water. The second time, out of five bottles, two had an extremely unpleasant white sediment (like crumbs). We thought that (well, you never know).We ordered it for the third time and already received a precipitate with black inclusions (I can't guess what it is). Alas, we will not order any more.
