I'll start with the cons, there used to be cafes, etc. etc.Then the people were going to celebrate the holidays, I will not list which holidays. But it was much more comfortable than it is now.Now there are multi-storey buildings there and not everyone can afford these houses. And so, a beautiful structure, but again, not for the people, but for show. I understand when they build such houses for people with an average salary, and not for show. This is purely my opinion. Those who bought an apartment in these houses, I sincerely wish them housewarming and prosperity. Nothing personal.

Excellent complex. Wonderful yard without cars. Beautiful design. Nearby, within walking distance of the bazaar, a lot of shops and restaurants. In the evening, it's nice to walk near the houses of Mirabad Avenue. Cold-hot water without interruptions. Courteous and friendly staff. Really luxury class houses.

Solid parking. A minimum of trees. The facades of the complex are completely cracked . It is impossible to walk in the snow at all - it is slippery. Evening lighting is nothing. Tin to - lanterns are rusting. The inscriptions of the block names partially crumbled. The ground illumination is dented. And this is an elite complex. A beautiful evening lantern.
