I haven't reached the store on Zemnukhova (Kaliningrad) yet, but I want to share my impression of pruning trees at the beginning of the street on the left. This happened about 3 weeks ago: two young men with a metal ladder apparently freed the street lighting wires from tree branches, but they did it extremely ugly... Somewhere they just broke off, everything is crooked and in a braid, branches are still piled to the left of the road. Everything is very sloppy and the view is disgusting (it would be better not to touch it!) I wonder if someone took their job or is this another money laundering?! Managers! Are you all on vacation or what?!
