The hotel is generally good - clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Breakfast in a cafe is 2 steps away, but quite modest. But the main drawback is the smell from the sewer. Both in the bathroom and on the street next to the hotel. Therefore, only 3 stars

The location is excellent, quiet and cozy place in the center of the city within walking distance of many good institutions of the city, and most importantly there is no courtyard, mostly regular visitors, if I go on a business trip to Kyzylorda for 2 years, I always stay there.

I don't recommend it. It smells like sewage. The smell is disgusting. The breakfasts at the hotel are the same, lots of bread, you choose either porridge or an omelet made from 2 40 gram eggs, but the room prices are like in a 5-star hotel, shame on the gentlemen-the owners of the hotel!!!
