The location is excellent, quiet and cozy place in the center of the city within walking distance of many good institutions of the city, and most importantly there is no courtyard, mostly regular visitors, if I go on a business trip to Kyzylorda for 2 years, I always stay there.

They were accepted in the middle of the night. We stayed with a family of three. We paid for half a day. The junior suite is a two-room suite. With two toilets. Clear. It's spacious.The bathrobe and towels were for one person. The bed will hold together strongly when you turn over. The mattress is comfortable. There was no TV or refrigerator. There is a mini bar in the wine cabinet for a fee.

It is a pity that they do not give water in the room when checking in, you have to run with a jug into the corridor to the cooler.
Nice hotel, polite staff.

It's a nice hotel, we often stayed there.
Changed for the worse last time:
- the staff is rude (maybe they arrived late at night), she greeted us as if we had arrived at her house (Russian woman);
- there are a lot of mosquitoes, to the point of impossibility;
- is the wi-fi weak or not at all;
- the staff drinks alcohol right at the entrance to the hotel (this is an old remark), in the smoking room. They often sit there and do not give guests the opportunity to sit there.
I had to move out because of the mosquitoes and the bad attitude towards the guests. Although attitude most likely played a role, sometimes you can tolerate a lot from respect for friendly people and their smiles.
What can I recommend, go to Merek or Berek (hotels of the same level), they are working on improving the rooms (furniture) and a warm welcome for guests.

Location, (4 of 5) when ordering a taxi, not all taxi drivers know where to enjoy. If you are not a local, then it is better to use Yandex.taxi. The hotel is located in the city center, but you can't find it without a navigator.
Restaurant, breakfast (3 of 5). There are 3 types of porridge and scrambled eggs to choose from. If you're on a long-term basis, then the same thing gets boring. There are rooms that do not include breakfast, so it is better to check in advance.
