Nice family hotel, helpful staff. Delicious and varied food (relative to other hotels), alcohol is more than enough for the ol inclusive system. There is an inexpensive shop on site with various goods (snacks, sweets, souvenirs, toys, laps for the sea, etc.), as well as an alcohol store next to the hotel.
Among the disadvantages, many towels are given with holes, the lack of free transfers (at least somewhere, for example to Fujairah or mosques), early check-in is paid (under no circumstances do they agree to check in earlier).
In our case, we checked into the hotel at 9 a.m. and there was a heavy oil spill that day and the entire beach and ocean were covered in oil and film. There was a strong smell on the beach and on the outdoor area of the hotel, and after a short stay on the street, my wife felt unwell. We asked the reception to check in a little earlier (it was already 12 o'clock in the afternoon), we were refused despite the fact that my wife is pregnant, it's hard to be outside because of the strong smell. The result is that we waited for 3 p.m. to check in.
We are currently relaxing at the Mirage Hotel, Fujairah. Until today, we were satisfied and happy with our stay at this hotel, the food is not varied, but delicious, friendly staff, beautiful sea without waves, but today unforeseen circumstances occurred, fuel oil sailed to us by sea, the whole coast is covered in fuel oil, fuel oil floats in the water. But the most important thing is that no one cleans the coast along the sea, everything is dirty, one poor guy walks with a rake and artistically decorates the coast, draws the word mirage. It's a pity, there are 5 days left, no one knows where to put themselves. No measures are being taken, the people are outraged.
