A magnificent hotel! Clean, cozy, new rooms. Don't worry about the proximity to nature. I really liked it. We traveled all along the coast of Abkhazia, visited several hotels, Mirai left the best impressions! Growth to the owners!

I do not know how I managed to find this hotel in Abkhazia, but this place impressed me so much that we still remember the whole family and miss the atmosphere that the owners of this hotel, Bakhman and Anastasia, give. We stayed at the hotel for 13 nights with the whole family and the dog, and did not regret our choice for a day. Large territory, parking, clean rooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms, showers and toilets in the rooms, TVs, views from the window, clean air, a really large garden where Feihua, kiwi, tangerines, figs, three grape varieties, apples and pears grow. Almost all of this pleasure is available to all visitors of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance from the Bzyb River, where you can successfully fish for trout and other types of river fish. Dear Bachman and Anastasia, thank you for everything - for an excellent and high-quality vacation, for the vibe atmosphere! Have a great development and health for the whole family! We really loved you with our hearts!

The hotel is just great. Not far from the Ritsa - 40 min. And to the sea - 20 min. A very beautiful orchard with tangerines, lemons and oranges. Delicious breakfasts every day. The rooms are cozy and stylish. Stunning view from the window. The whole family was delighted. Thanks for the hospitality to Bachman and Anastasia. Now this is our only place to relax in Abkhazia.

We recommend this place 100%. We have been coming here 3 times already and each time Bachman and Nastya are greeted like family. The atmosphere, the attitude towards the guests, the food - everything makes you fall in love with this place and come back here again and again.

A very nice guest house. We were in early March 2023. Wonderful, friendly hosts Bachman and Nastya. A cozy, clean room. Nice view. Peace and quiet. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Very convenient location: near the road to Ritsa, Sukhum, Gagra. We were lucky to get to the end of the season of tangerines and lemons. It was delicious! Thanks to the hosts!!!

The hotel is super, the location is great. We stopped on the way to Lake Ritsa. As an intermediate location, it's just fine.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, you can feel the hands of the owners. From the windows you can see the sea in the distance. Breakfast is served and there is a barbecue area.

A comfortable hotel. Kind, hospitable and caring hosts. If you want to stay in Abkhazia, I recommend this hotel! You can eat local food, drink wine, juices and breathe clean air. If you doubt the food of the city's restaurants, trust the owners and their cuisine! There will always be plenty of wine, you will not have time to ask for it (dry, semi-sweet, etc.), the view from the balcony is breathtaking!

The house is great, the owners are great, the location is the best for me, mountainous terrain, greenery around, it's cool at night from the mountains. It takes 25 minutes by car to the sea, it didn't matter to me. Nearby there is a mountain river, waterfalls, Lake Rizza.

It was the first time we had a vacation in Mirai, but from the first day it felt like we were at home! Everything is very sincere, homely atmosphere, delicious food. The best beach in Abkhazia (Ldzaa village, Pitsunda) is about 20 minutes away by car. We always tried to go back to Mirai for lunch, as the food is delicious at home! Breakfasts are a separate kind of art, the children called them "surprise" and gladly abandoned the usual porridge.
The guest house is small, with only 8 rooms, which makes it quiet and peaceful. Guests can choose a convenient time for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so the terrace is never crowded. Everything is done with great taste, new stylish renovation. The room was pleasantly pleased with the aroma sticks and sachets!
Honey, chacha, wine, tangerine juice and fig jam were taken home. The guys are embarrassed to mention that they have the best chacha and wine in all of Abkhazia! We have compared and we know for sure!
Nastya and Bachman, good luck and prosperity to you! We will definitely come back to you again, we really miss the lovely view from the balcony that started our morning!

A wonderful place, friendly and attentive hosts!
Unfortunately, we stayed here only for one night! A small company, 2 families with 3 children aged 2 to 5 years! And we all liked it)
Pleasant and cozy rooms, in the details of the design of which you can feel the care of the hosts for their guests! Our children received small surprises in the form of gifts with wishes! A room with a view of a picturesque valley, and tangerine, plum and apple trees around the house!
Very tasty, homemade breakfasts that were prepared for us and with us) pancakes with fervor with sour cream, delicious porridge with milk for children, fresh vegetables and homemade tangerine juice!
The dining area is also a place of leisure, it is large and very cozy. There are a lot of board games that have occupied adults and hamsters)) that have occupied children!
We highly recommend it!

A great hotel with friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts. Pleasant rooms, a beautiful veranda in the tangerine garden, equipped with a barbecue area. There is a trampoline for children!
Convenient location for radial exits towards Ritsa, Gagra, Pitsunda, New Athos.
Homemade preparations are a separate respect, if you are lucky enough to try fig jam, tangerine juice, adjika or something stronger - your world will not be the same)

We stayed with my husband in this amazing hotel, it would be more correct to say - a guest house, we had a tremendous pleasure, we will advise our friends. Our goal was to take a break from the Moscow office routine in the mountains in a picturesque place, it was fully completed! ✅ Each room has a balcony, when my husband and I sat on it, we imagined that we were in some kind of village of Ts-Yu. America, or as if her husband was Pablo Escobar, In any season, in any weather, it was atmospheric there: under the sound of rain or in the dazzling sun. We liked everything! A variety of breakfasts, sumptuous dinners, wine, chacha, tangerine juice (all of the above are done independently); a warm atmosphere, conversations in the evenings that last until late at night, we also met the guests - many of them turned out to be our like-minded people, wonderful people who have visited many places, traveling the world, when we return to Moscow - I suppose we'll meet with one of the couples. I think we will definitely repeat the visit to the guys. Nastya and Bachman, prosperity to you, you have amazing taste and sense of style. We are not saying goodbye 😘

We discovered this place by chance. We have been here 3 times already. There were also in the flowering season of the tangerine garden (the smells are just magical!) and in winter, when the tangerines and persimmons are ripe, you live like in a fairy tale! Windows on one side of the garden and branches with fruits just knock on your window, and on the other — a view of the sea in the distance.
There is everything for a comfortable stay. The veranda and the stove deserve special attention. Here you can roast meat in the evening and enjoy it with a glass with a pleasant view.
The hosts are a very warm and pleasant couple, thank you for your attitude and for instilling love for Abkhazia! This is a real guest house from the word "guest", you will not feel like you are in a hotel, you will feel like a dear guest. I highly recommend trying their juice and chacha with wine (5 points!). You will not find such juice in local shops (we compared it). If you love Abkhazia for what it is, then you will be pleasantly surprised that there are such places to relax here.

We wanted to stop by for one day, but in the end we stayed for two. And there would have been more if time had allowed. The room is comfortable. The territory is small, but sooooo cozy. Tangerine trees are just beautiful.
Nastya makes wonderful breakfasts. I especially liked the crunchy things with cheese. 😊 The
host is polite, unobtrusive. He will not refuse to help if required.
I have my own tangerine juice, which the children really liked and so did I. Your wine. We bought both with us.
A very relaxing place.
I think we will come again if we are in these parts.

When I found Mirai on Airbnb, at first I bitterly thought that this was probably a mistake and the hotel was somewhere in Europe, because it was well too beautiful. Even the road to it is exceptionally beautiful, turning into the Bzyb gorge towards Ritsa and then along the picturesque iron bridge over the river it remains literally 500 meters to the hotel.
This location is very convenient for travelers, because the Ritsa is close and you can go there early in the morning without tourists, Pitsunda is 20 minutes away, and there is a cool embankment and boxwood trees 🥰 Gagra is also close!
The room is spacious, the design is thought out to the smallest detail, the powerful air conditioner created an oasis of coolness even in very hot weather. The pitchfork from the balcony is soothing 🥰
The breakfasts that Nastya served on the veranda were always sooo different and delicious - cheesecakes, pancakes, omelette 😋
