For travelers who only need to spend the night, a good hotel, clean linen, friendly staff, shower, toilet in the room, arrived late, but there was food for us in the dining room, they fed us at home. In general, I recommend
We arrived in Kostanay at 3-00 at night, we saw this hotel by chance, we did not lose. Very qualified staff, great rooms!!! We took shape in 5 minutes. Shower, clean linen, white robes, hot water, what else is needed for people who have traveled 7 hours sitting. The room is very spacious. Affordable prices - only 2000 for a junior suite for two!!! Toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Everything is of very decent quality. I recommend it!!! Great hotel!!!
The hotel is super , but everything is outdated and too much junk , the kitchen is huge , but there are almost no employees , the quality wants to leave the best , a lot of products deteriorate and as a result , the write-off does not correspond to the remnants , that is, good products after the guests are untouched , in general , a lot of bread products are also thrown away , so the organization is thefts in small quantities , there is one dishwasher who because of the theft , she was fired on her own , who worked in another hotel and then returned to this hotel , or rather to a restaurant , so there are minor thefts there , although there are a lot of cameras everywhere , even in the office toilet , despite all this , minor theft is still happening , and the head of the course and the guard have already changed so much because someone is not holding back . Excuse me if there is no photo, but the road is closed to me there because of the truth that I expressed
Nice hotel! The staff is friendly, polite. The room (junior suite) was clean, there were no foreign smells. The hotel is quiet at night, no one bothers to rest. There is breakfast (paid). Please note that upon check-in, a deposit of 5000 tenge (2023) is required for the room.
It 's a disgusting place, the towels stink like a kitchen rag. The staff is rude. I rented a room for a day , I stopped by at 21.00 in the morning , they started knocking loudly and evicting me . The rooms are cold, the batteries are cold, The place is terrible
We stayed for one night while passing through. There are practically no available rooms left, so I recommend booking in advance. We could not pay with a Russian bank card, the nearest exchangers in the city were no longer working (it was late at night), we were just lucky that we had 10,000 tenge with us for pocket expenses. A triple suite cost 8000 tenge per night, in rubles about 1100, this is a very pleasant price. The room is quite spacious, with a double bed and a single bed, a mini fridge, air conditioning and a bathroom. Bathrobes and disposable slippers are in the closet, there is a desk. In the bathroom, however, a bathtub is a rather rare phenomenon these days. Gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes are all included. Breakfast was paid for separately. Fried eggs with sausage, tea/coffee, delicious and satisfying. The hotel receives its well-deserved highest rating.
Among the advantages - quiet, clean bedding, full sets of accessories (slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush, soap, shampoo).
Among the disadvantages - mattresses, no dining room, remoteness from grocery and catering.
A terrible hotel, we stayed only because there was no place to spend the night. We went to the toilet, someone else's hair was lying there, a formidable toilet and a bathtub. The breakfast is not delicious...
Great hotel! Probably the most affordable and at the same time excellent service and quality of the room, there is also a good sauna and kitchen. The only disadvantage is the location. But it's still better to come here from the center by taxi and live comfortably and inexpensively than to overpay a lot of money and live in worse conditions, but in the city center.
Not bad for an affordable price. Junior Suite for half a day is 6000 tenge. The room has a toilet, shower, bathrobes, slippers, clean bed. The cleanliness of the room was a little disappointing. Dinner - delicious mantas.
