it is a shame and a shame in the realities of the modern world for a serious store to have a website on a free open card and a free template... this alone should have alerted and dissuaded me from ordering, but I decided to give a chance
in the end, ordering 3 chairs on Thursday at 3 p.m., I waited until 18 (!!!), but no one called me
back, wrote to the manager himself in live chat, to which she replied "We received your order just 15 minutes ago"... staaa??? Is there an order notification for 3 hours??? by pigeon mail or something???
Then the next step, which was also supposed to be a landmark for me, was the manager's callback. In 50 minutes! And all she could say was: "It's already the end of the working day, the warehouse is no longer working, I'll find out about the availability only tomorrow morning and I'll call you back at 10 o'clock. If there are chairs, we will bring them tomorrow." Oh... I used to work in trade myself, I used to have an online store myself. Let's be honest! "I do not know what is in stock" - this 100% indicates that this product is not in your warehouse (otherwise 2 clicks in 1C would definitely tell you whether the product is there or not, and it does not matter if the warehouse is working now or not!), and you are ordinary overbidders who do not know what the supplier has it. Well, that is, it is a common practice when a supplier sends a price list without specifying the actual balances. But why lie? Are you ashamed to admit that you do not import/produce this product?
But the finale of the story, of course, came the next day, when I was supposed to get a call back at 10 a.m. and the chairs were delivered. It was only at 11-15 that the manager deigned to call. And the most interesting thing is that there are chairs, but in Brest, so we will be able to deliver them only on Monday... A curtain...
In general, it's a shame! Ordinary outbiddings, without a normal online store, without a normal accounting system, without CRM, without responsible managers. In the current realities of the market, the manager's reaction to any order should be no more than 15 minutes, information about the availability of goods in their own warehouse should be known, and the supplier's warehouse should be updated at least once a day. If you promised to deliver the goods on Friday, then deliver on Friday, and do not postpone it to Monday (and even then it is not a fact that this delivery would be).
A large selection of chairs. We bought the mechanism, they helped us change it in the warehouse, because we did not have a pneumatic switch. For this, a separate👍
