I rented a cleaning vacuum cleaner to clean my apartment, but I ran into a number of problems. They brought me a vacuum cleaner without a tube and a wide nozzle, which made cleaning the carpet (about 4x2 meters in size) very difficult. As a result, I had to handle the carpet on my knees, which took a lot more time and effort.
Late in the evening, I texted with a question about the missing components, hoping that someone would come up with a solution. The next day, when I called, I heard that "no one reads text messages in the evening, and in the morning you need to call earlier." Instead of offering a way out of the situation, the employee said that the blame was on me.
I think that such an approach to the client is unacceptable. Everything could have been solved much more simply: either deliver the missing parts, or at least apologize and offer compensation. Instead, I had to listen to accusations that I was "to blame for myself."
Question to the company: does it really seem normal to you to force a client to clean a carpet of this size three times by crawling? Now, to finish cleaning, I need to re-rent a vacuum cleaner for 50 rubles, although the problem could be solved by timely delivery of components.
I do not recommend this service.
