Nice hotel in the city center. Clean large rooms, friendly staff, cleaning every three days and linen change. Comfortable bed, modern large TV. The rooms overlook two sides: the southern sunny side of the sea (it is not visible) and the northern side of the mountains and the fortress of Anakopia. I recommend the second option. Everything is fine, but there is one thing... there is no kitchen, even one or at least a small area with a microwave, so that you can warm up the same khachapur for breakfast. It's very inconvenient. I'm shooting a star for this.

The hotel is located almost in the city center, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a cafe nearby, the food is delicious. In the hotel itself, the rooms are standard, bathroom,double bed,small refrigerator,LCD TV, wardrobe, split system, balcony. There is everything for recreation.

We had a rest in June 2023.
I found the Miraflores hotel on booking. While I was thinking about booking, the room I liked was gone. The rooms available for booking were much more expensive. I found this hotel in Yandex and the phone number of the owner. According to Whatsapp, they said that the room you like 26 can be booked by paying for one day. I paid at my own risk, without confirmation of the booking. Before arrival, I checked the reservation 2 days in advance. I was confirmed.
Check-in at 14:00 check-out at 12:00.
I liked the hotel. Spacious room on the 3rd floor, smart TV (shows a lot of channels and even in the recording, there is a movie search, etc.), private shower and toilet in the room, hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator. You can't cook in the room, but there are electric kettles on the floor, you can make tea or coffee, convenient location. There is a recreation area at the hotel.
Now about the shortcomings for the owner. There are no simple cutlery and a corkscrew in the rooms, just cups and one small spoon. I thought they were in the bedside table on the floor, but there's only a broken knife. I had to ask the administrator for a corkscrew. There was liquid soap in the room, but it ran out and I had to ask the receptionist. There are no slippers. The garbage was removed and linen and towels were changed for 3 or 4 days. The windows and balcony overlook the cafe of the neighboring hotel. With the curtains open, like House 2. It's dim with the curtains closed. There is no tulle. There is a small rope and 3 clothespins on the balcony. This is not enough to dry your swimming trunks, swimsuit and towels. The hotel is located on a small hill. It's not critical, but after a long walk, you just think about it. I didn't like the cafe opposite, in the neighboring hotel. The prices are quite high, the staff's absent-mindedness, importunity. After the second visit, they stopped going there. They forgot to cook one of the dishes again.
Overall, I liked the hotel. The hostess Vika responds quickly to requests and responds to messages. The atmosphere is comfortable, the location is convenient, the staff is polite. I wanted to minus one star for the lack of cutlery, but I thought it was too much.

The hotel has everything you need, except the reception desk and a toilet for people who are just checking in or already leaving and waiting for a taxi. That is, if you don't have a key to your room, you haven't received it yet, go to the public city toilet, which is 200 meters from the hotel.
The rooms are not cleaned often, the bed linen has not been changed for 8 nights.
Breakfast is not included. There is a type of kitchen with a microwave and a kettle. The owners are attentive, they respond to requests.

wave stove nothing works ... sponges means. And the important point is at 23.00 lights out, the door is all quiet!!!!! The administrator, Alice, was polite and courteous at first, but after all conflict situations ended with a rude scream. We have never met with such hospitality before.

There is always hot water. To be honest, it's not worth the price. The furniture is cheap, the bed creaks, the finish is lame. The walls are painted and stained everywhere. The hotel has an outdoor kitchen, you can cook. There are dishes too. From the pleasant - a cooler with water on the ground floor, in the corridor you can always take a kettle, iron, hair dryer. The beach is 3 minutes away, the caves are 10 minutes away, and the monastery is also about 10-15 minutes away
