This is not the first time I have contacted a travel agency. Many thanks to Evgenia for her understanding, professionalism and responsible approach to work! I bought a tour to Egypt at the hotel, Rehana Sharm Resort Aqua Park 4*. In general, I liked the rest. The only nuance of rest is the presence of mosquitoes in the hotel and the sea, which is not entirely acceptable to me (knee-deep, and you can only swim from the pier), but I chose this hotel myself, so there are no complaints against the travel agency. The territory is green and large. The food is excellent. Daily animation for kids and adults. The rooms have everything you need. There is a 15-minute transfer from the airport to the hotel. I wish you all a wonderful holiday!🤗

On behalf of our entire company, we would like to thank employee Nina for organizing the best vacation for us!Nina very quickly picked up an option for us to relax on our request, gives advice, always keeps in touch before and during the trip, always very friendly! We never wished that we had stopped at a tour company.Now it will be addressed only to Nina, it is very easy and pleasant to interact with her!
About the vacation itself: we were vacationing in Thailand in October 2024, Nina picked up a luxury hotel for us, with a beautiful view, which is very cool after a long flight. The first coastline, the service at the hotel is excellent. Nina is an amazing employee and person! For the next round, of course, only to her!!!!

Although we haven't left yet, I would like to express my gratitude to the Mirtravel travel agency for the excellent service, and especially to Nina, an employee. I am amazed at her endurance, as it was not easy to work with me, since we ourselves did not know exactly where we wanted to go.
Nevertheless, Nina, thanks to her professionalism, patience and tact, was able to choose the ideal option that meets our wishes both for the country and for the hotel and sends ours to Sri Lanka))
She always answered my questions promptly, even after hours, which is really impressive. Nina is exactly in her place, and this is a rarity nowadays.

Once again, I would like to thank Mirtrevelby for organizing the tour. Evgenia took into account all our wishes regarding the choice of a hotel, the organization of an individual transfer, the time of arrival and departure, with the help of Evgenia, we even managed to increase the number of days of rest a few days before departure (which seemed unrealistic), Expectations from the hotel, the sea all came true. I was very impressed with the country. There is a desire to return to the UAE again.
