I was buying my husband a pipe. I was with three children. When we got home, it turned out that the tube had a huge crack inside. The next day we came to the store to change to a similar one. The seller agreed that the tube was defective. There were no more similar tubes, and I asked for a refund. The seller categorically refused to refund the money. I insisted. He started being rude, then shouting. He behaved extremely aggressively. All this in the presence of children. Disgusting. I said I wouldn't leave until he returned the money to me. After about 20 minutes, he took out a decent wad of money from his pocket, counted out the required amount and threw it on the table. I really regretted that I was in this store without my husband. This behavior of the seller is unacceptable!

Well, such a thing... There are no price tags, we can only hope for the honesty of the seller. Just like everywhere else in small shops in Turkey. I bought cigarillos, I don't smoke myself, I don't know my friend's assessment yet. If you want normal cigarettes, save the money for duty free

We bought Turkish tobacco for hookah, cigar and lighters. The prices are low and there are plenty to choose from. The friendly seller helped with the choice and advised. I definitely recommend it!
