This is the first time I've encountered a situation where the receptionist comes up in the middle of a movie session and points out that we've taken the wrong seats and we need to move, even though there were 90% empty seats in the hall and no one claimed our seats. The administrator violated the comfort of all cinema visitors by his own actions.
Plus, it was pretty cold inside, and our feet were frozen in our winter boots.
This was our first and last visit to this cinema.

A great place for entertaining kids. The halls are modern. The staff does not always properly monitor safety (my children left with injuries a couple of times). The price category is a little too high for this set of entertainment.
The cinema has excellent modern armchairs, the sound and video are excellent.
The cafe is weak... with minimal sweets. Food is offered to be ordered for delivery (apparently they cooperate with certain deliveries). There is a fast food cafe on the floor below
