The hotel is super! Conveniently located. Very nice rooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything is clean and new. The kitchen and breakfasts are also excellent (with 4* accounting, generally super) But, the most important thing is the views! They're great.The owner himself is a balloon pilot and you can arrange a flight with him. The hotel itself looks like a castle and is very interestingly made.I definitely recommend it!

Great terrace and delicious breakfast. They helped me find a parking place and brought my suitcase. But I think the price for the room is too high. For 280 euros (with a discount!) There was no free drinking water in the room overnight, only paid water from the minibar. And we were not allowed to drink drinks on the terrace in the evening, although we had just come out and had a glass in our hands. You can sit and drink only in their restaurant. Also, during the eviction, they suspiciously asked if we had used the minibar, and despite my negative answer, we went to check. Just so you understand, there were 4 bottles of water, one beer and 2 sodas. It is unacceptable to be so petty with such a room price. And the balloons were flying very far away, the photos that are shown on their page were probably taken on particularly successful days, when one of the balloons accidentally drifted to the hotel. There is also water in the sink, and the toilet does not flush normally, I had to drain it 5 times.

Stock up on earplugs if you are settled in room 13, because the room is exactly under the restaurant, and the restaurant does not have a carpet and wooden chairs with a stone floor, folded?) It was impossible to sleep until the restaurant closed at night, and as soon as it opened at 7 a.m., every movement of the chairs echoed like hell through the cave room. By the way, the reception was stupidly suppressed by our calls, and the issue was resolved only the next day with relocation of a class lower and half as much, but it's OK, at least quietly. Breakfasts are as dull as possible, fruits are rare, omelets and chickpeas, and that is not always there, no cereals, no porridge, or even vermicelli, if you do not eat eggs, only cheese remains for you. Another funny fact, but not a single boiler and especially not a plate are signed, each breakfast is served 200 times He answers where tea is and where coffee is, they don't understand sauces and spreads themselves.. The fact that there were other people's bags of food in the room is nonsense, but they really clean the rooms very funny. I threw a star for taking a car to the pharmacy, I was very pleased with their sympathy and understanding (the hotel is very far from the infrastructure)

There was a suite room (better than deluxe - ten square meters more). The view from the room is photo 1 (that pot full of earth without a plant smells disgusting, there are two more such pots behind the scenes, there was a dump from mattresses not only from mattresses), the furniture near the room is photo 2 (the tray from the neighbors stood until nightfall, garbage bags longer), all the appliances in the room are old or strange - photo 3 (I was afraid to insert the plug into the socket, because it sparked) and 4 (the red bandura is an air conditioner, by the way it does not fit at all, pillows and bedspread are old and unpleasant, and also cheap, so in puffs), everything is absolutely sloppily done - photo 5 (such roughness in everything), this is not a room in a rock - photo 6 (to go to a hotel in Cappadocia, which also has a Cave in its name, but to settle in a room that is not a cave at all is nonsense along with deception), the cleaning level is photo 7 (narrowing dental floss behind the sink, was before us, remained lying after our check out, in addition, old plumbing, the bathroom is cracked, the floor is not washed, the dust is not wiped, the carpet is not vacuumed, the maximum is to sweep and put water as a compliment), the condition of the room is photos 8 and 9 (the room is tired and, once again, there are a lot of roughness).
For information: the staff is only English-speaking, the breakfasts are tasteless and indistinguishable, the restorna is expensive, but you can live, there is a terrace (yes, in old dirty pillows, but the photos are beautiful, and also all terraces in Cappadocia look like this one), given that Goreme is a small village, the hotel is conditionally one of the most deleted ones.
The cost of 20k/night is an overprice, Cave is a deception.
Look for another hotel to get a pleasant experience!

Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful place with a great view from the terrace (photography is welcome). The hotel is located on a hill, 10 minutes from the city center. There is a stable nearby, which our family chose and went to feed the horses with carrots.
