That's what they said. I arrived, it turned out that either the engine cushion was not screwed on, or the engine cushion was badly screwed on. I went, it stopped crunching. A day later, I discovered that my antifreeze had "leaked", I applied again, had to drive up again, this time they said that everything was fine, they did not see any damage, I had to top up my antifreeze. There was no question of any apologies, it was just unpleasant.
It's nice that after the diagnosis, the masters offer several solutions to the problem (and not, as often happens, push the most expensive one by any means). You can choose the best option depending on your financial capabilities. I definitely recommend it!

Let me explain that it has been changed recently (at another service station). The guys invited me to the place, showed me everything and explained it. As a result, they changed it for me. The noise of the jet plane is gone! As a result, I told them to change serviceable spare parts for me and claimed that it was them, but I was lucky that I got to the masters who are not indifferent! They identified the true cause of the noise, called, explained, the repair became 2 times cheaper, it was done quickly, the whole repair process was connected. I think good specialists and honest people work here. Although the car is old, but they did not impose additional services on me. They said, of course, that the oil was flowing through both the engine and the bridge, but in order for me to know and monitor, well, in time to prevent a serious breakdown. I heartily recommend this service station!!!
