I really like the hotel, I rested in it for the second time. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfasts, lots of different fruits, drinks for every taste, I especially want to thank Stefania for her delicious Meal and positive communication, thank you very much! I will definitely come again. I recommend the hotel!

A beautiful place. The location is very advantageous. The sea is 7 minutes away, the center of Kemer is also close. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly, the reception staff quickly responded to any requests. The Russian-speaking Rashid at the reception could clarify all the information about where to go and what to see👍 special thanks to the hotel for breakfast! There is everything you need to start the day pleasantly and everything is very tasty😋the kitchen staff are also all positive and responsive! The restaurant is open all day, you can have lunch and dinner on the menu, prices are no more expensive than in the nearest restaurants. The rooms are fresh, the renovation is modern. Thank you Miyas for a great vacation👍 Would come back here again ❤

Rested from 04.09.2023 to 15.04.2023.Great hotel! Cozy rooms with good repair. The room has a safe and a small refrigerator. Friendly staff. I especially want to note the care of Russian-speaking workers (Rashid and Stefka). Great breakfasts with a huge assortment of fruits and berries!!!! Not every foursome has such a choice. There were strawberries every day. At any time of the day, you can have a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant without wasting time searching for a decent institution. They cook delicious and very large portions. The prices are affordable. Cozy territory. The first time we rested not on the all-inclusive system, but only breakfast, we were very worried. But the right hotel was chosen!!! The rest turned out great! Thanks a lot to the staff!

We had a rest from 21.05 to 06.01.23!
In our opinion, this is the best 3* hotel in Kemer for our family!
Wonderful, sincere people who create comfort and atmosphere, competent, friendly and positive, energetic, kind, loving what they do - it's magical!

A new hotel, 5 minutes walk to the sea, and located in a quiet place from the whole party - this is important, there is a swimming pool, sun beds and towels (for those who love the pool), many beautiful flowers and greenery, birds sing in the morning, mountain views, excellent water pressure, clean rooms, snow-white bed and towels, there is shampoo, hair balm, body lotion 5+ 👏
There are Chefs in this hotel who cook with love - definitely! Absolutely everything is delicious!

Breakfast is the most important thing for us : everything we eat at home consists of fruits : strawberries, cherries, bananas, peaches.
For breakfast there are always sweet pastries and Börek (this is the most delicious that I have tried), made with my own hands, guys - it's like you're at home 🥰 my favorite in the morning is a cupcake with raisins! Sebastian's cheesecake is just a delight!
The restaurant is 5+, the portions are huge, we ate only at home, the price tag is low, if you order a dish, then the tea comes as a compliment, the tea is strong and fresh always, you can brew in a kettle - your choice!
There is a high fence, a bright hotel from the inside, beautifully decorated!

In general, everything is close, but there are a lot of people in Kemer, in principle, this is a constant party.
They cook delicious, dinner is like in a restaurant, breakfast is the coolest, there are a lot of fruits strawberries in August, plums, apples, bananas, watermelon and melon, any fried eggs to taste personally))
In general, I recommend it!

A quiet, cozy hotel with friendly staff. The hotel does not have its own beach. It should be noted that in Kemer the coastal strip is narrow, almost all of it is divided between hotels, and strangers are driven from hotel beaches, because there may not be enough space for "their own". It is usually necessary to enter the water through a ~ 20-meter strip of splashing and floating vacationers near the shore. Further, the concentration of people is acceptable, but significant during peak hours. This should be borne in mind when heading to Kemer. If you are waiting for quiet and sparsely populated beaches, you will have to move away from the city, for example, to Phaselis, or look for another place to relax with a wide coastal strip.
The Miyas Hotel has a convenient location, because the nearest small "no man's land" beach, where you can swim in the morning, is a 5-7-minute walk away. During the beach rush hour, it is problematic to have places to "lie down" there. A 5-minute walk along the sea towards the port there is a large and relatively wide public beach, where you can rent a sun lounger under an awning for just a dollar. The place is usually for everyone. The standard room is clean, cleaning is on demand, comfortable beds, a small refrigerator, a couple of stools, a kettle.
The breakfasts are simple but hearty. The fruits were ripe and delicious. I would especially like to mention the art of chefs. We always had dinner at the hotel. We ordered different dishes - we liked everything we ordered. The portions are large, the prices are quite affordable. I can recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in early March. I liked everything-nice rooms, clean, though not a large area. The breakfast is delicious-the staff is very diligent. We also had lunch / dinner at the hotel-everything is also very tasty. The location is convenient-the street is quiet. Perhaps in the season-in the rooms facing the restaurant-it will be noisy. But now everything is without complaints.

A great little renovated hotel! And this is the merit of the people who work there: they are very friendly, at the same time unobtrusive, they will always help if there are any questions. The hotel is located in a very convenient location - close to the sea on one side and busy streets on the other, so the rooms themselves are quiet. The only thing that I would like to improve is breakfast. If you stay for a long time, then every morning the same thing will just get boring. I'm sure it's not difficult to do this - to make a variety so that something changes and is added. In general, the price-quality ratio is ideal, because the rooms are currently cheap, but they greet you warmly, the rooms themselves are pleasant, the beds are comfortable. So who doesn't need "all inclusive" and animators, you should like it.

A tiny room, if you put three beds, it will be difficult to move around.
Outside the window there is a space for chairs and a table and a wall from floor to ceiling. Daylight penetrates through an opaque canvas stretched over the head.
In order to turn on the kettle, you need to turn off the refrigerator because there is only one power outlet. Breakfast, so-so, has nothing to do with luxury.
