I had to work hard with ML-Smart.
The order was delivered on December 20, 2024. 50% arrived: collect without accessories. The first "bell". The driver, manager, warehouse worker, friend of a friend, grandmother's aunt, and so on are to blame.
Next came the jambs with the fittings, the program or the designer was to blame - there were not enough screws in terms of quantity, for some reason they indicated 20 pieces for chipboard. I had to go to buy more, wasted time.
The curtain for the mezzanine is missing, we arrived in 2 days. But only half of the veils, there are no answering slats to them. Lost somewhere again, waiting again.
And the icing on the cake, the wrong additives. You can see them in the photo. If we have reported errors with the mezzanine (the internal rack is shifted by 1 cm) and we are still waiting for a response, we cannot fix it ourselves. I don't even want to mess with the mailboxes again and point out the error. I explain that the gaps between the lockers should be 3 cm each, in the photo even a blind person will see how the dimensions dance (4.5 cm, 3 cm, 1.5 cm).
They just wanted a regular closet, but they got dancing with a tambourine.

Katerina is an excellent designer, she advised everything and showed the material. The retail department has always provided support and tried to solve my questions as a non-experienced furniture assembler. I am satisfied with the service.
I ordered the cutting of the countertop as an individual, I was completely satisfied with the quality at the moment, but not in terms of service.
I understand that the focus is more on regular customers (furniture makers), but they absolutely did not want to communicate.
First of all, in the evening at 6:30 p.m. I went to the office to discuss everything personally and there were no mistakes, to which they replied that there were a lot of calculations now and asked me to simply indicate the data on a sheet, this was the end of communication. Then only Viber, where the answers came with a long delay, and at least once they just read my question in the morning and did not answer what they wanted, I found out after the call from my side.
In the morning, on the day of expected readiness, they simply replied that they would inform me as soon as it was ready, and there was a speech about readiness before 10:30 or after, and not about whether they were in time or not, in fact, they did not complete the order that day. The next day, when asked about readiness, they said to wait for the date indicated in the invoice, and when they found out that the date had already passed, they promised to find out the situation on readiness and immediately called back that everything was already there, it seemed that if they had not dialed, they would not have received the order that day, although they guided based on the dates when the wizard is ready for installation.
Knowing all this before ordering, I would have done it in another company, perhaps everything would have been more clear there.
I highly recommend not contacting this company! The polite service hides a negligent attitude. I ordered a closet according to my sketch. The first bell was the moment that the Alarm designer Anton (who was paid money for his calculations) made a mistake in the number of parts - instead of 8 guides, he wrote 6 in the estimate. If such errors are allowed, then what can we say about counting confirmations, screws and other small things? Next, I was asked to check the number of all the details in the estimate and sign a waiver of claims against the aforementioned designer. Read, to do the work on my own, for which I paid my money. And it's not even at the assembly stage, it's weird.. The adventure began when all the parts were delivered and unpacked. The necessary holes were not drilled in a number of parts (there are 24 holes for 5 parts, including complex ones). I had to refine it on my own. Total: There are no complaints at all about the service in terms of calls and communication. Delivery, quality of the material and accessories - there are no questions. But, the overall result is not worth the money. Be ready to finalize the details and, possibly, other "jambs" for normal money.
We ordered the services of a furniture designer and sawed for ourselves, cabinets, cabinets, a good selection of materials, prices are adequate, but there were shoals in the work of the designer and in the order configuration
Professionals in their field work, they will always prompt and help in choosing materials for furniture manufacture!! A large showroom with samples of chipboard, MDF and postformings that you can take with you for free. Personal sympathy for the marketing department)
I made an order by phone for furniture handles, the girl accepted the order, went to pick them up at the other end of the city, it turned out they were not available, the manager did not inform me about it in advance, as it turned out she did not fix the phone, lost a lot of time and nerves. I am disappointed with the work of the staff, I will order from another organization.

We were at the weekend, there are no people, one girl is a consultant.the choice is not large for chipboard, there are glossy, matte samples.accessories have not been seen, prices can be viewed on their website.
