The yard is truly beautiful, and all the food is delicious. You can also enjoy tasting a variety of wines crafted by the kind and skilled winemaker, Arthur Mnatsakanyan.
Артур - настоящий фанат виноделия.
Посещение его гастродвора - возможность совместить изучение традиционного армянского виноделия с вкуснейшей домашней едой. И, разумеется, попробовать не только вино, но и дистилляты домашнего приготовления
It's hospitable, delicious, and fun. Charming hosts, amazing wine and an atmosphere of warmth, tranquility, and family. A place where you want to return.
The atmosphere is amazing! A beautiful courtyard, dinner was served and interesting cheese soaked in wine was served! The tasting is very sincere) Arthur is a wonderful kind man! You can buy wine from the tasting with you and even in a glass bottle!
Our visit to the Gastro Yard in Byurakan was truly magical. This homely restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, as well as the sincere hospitality of the hosts, made the evening unforgettable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and wine tasting. Hashlama and trout stew were prime examples of Armenian national cuisine. Gastro Yard is a hidden treasure offering comfort, hospitality and a wonderful gastro experience!
I highly recommend it, but only to sophisticated tourists who want to taste local wine and local cuisine - not just abstractly Armenian, but local, Byurakan. The main show in this gastrodvor is a tasting of wines made by the owner himself named Arthur. You will try several varieties of white wines and several red ones. He also has vodka infused with his own fruits. They will feed you delicious lentil soup (local specialty, nowhere else is lentil soup prepared like this) on walnuts. Arthur's wife cooks. One more time: this is not a restaurant or a cafe, it's you who get to visit an Armenian family that is engaged in winemaking. On the way here from Yerevan, you can take an excursion to the observatory.
We got here completely by accident on the way from the castle.
A cozy and quiet courtyard. There is no menu, they offered fish and hashlama cooked in wine. We had a wine tasting before dinner. What is better to find out for yourself than to try to tell.
The meat was the most tender, the fish was juicy. There was also a salad, two types of cheese, greens, pita bread and pickles on the table.
Here it is, the real Armenia.
I will say this: the opportunity to visit the winery of Artur Kadzhikovich is a sufficient reason to come to Armenia. A variety of wines, stories, as well as poems and toasts await you here. Add to this the quiet family comfort of a mountain village, air, space, and an incredible amount of delicious food and get the right recipe for an authentic acquaintance with this amazing country! Bravo, Arthur and Christina!
Շնորհակալ եմ իմ սրտի խորքից:
There is no menu, abstract prices.
Ask the price in advance so that there is no unpleasant surprise.
And so the food is delicious, the wine too! Very pleasant atmosphere. :)
Wine tasting from a real professional Arthur. And the way he clinks glasses, it's real music. The food is delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this place
